Classy place with impeccable service without mentioning the fundamental thing: the food, excellent even if with particular dishes but certainly of quality and attention to detail. Not for just any evening.

09/01/2025: We went to Trattoria della Gioia during a short stay in Modena: I can only confirm the many positive reviews. The place is simple but nice and clean. The dishes are truly excellent, cooked simply and easily digestible (which is not always a given when it comes to ethnic cuisine). My husband and I are vegetarians but we still found a wide choice, also recommended by the owner who is a really kind person. I recommend it to everyone!
