perfect setting and dinner & wine. service was great. on sunday evening it was very quiet. we had a problem with the prepaid deposit - but the team fixed it afterwards during office hours.

The dishes were well-prepared. I wasn't entirely sold on the seafood pasta dish, but all the other courses were superb. The seared tuna with vinegar spheres was exceptional. The sweet, fresh, and balanced flavors were excellent. The view was stunning, and I highly recommend it! The prices are high; the restaurant has one Michelin star, so they're not tavern-style prices (for those who don't want to spend a lot).

Est Est Est… excellent, classy restaurant, refined and beautifully presented dishes. Excellent service and compliments to the chef. Too bad it's 1000 km away.

Schöne Lage am Meer Aufmerksame Bedienung und sehr freundlich Ausgezeichneter Fisch (wir haben den Steinbutt genommen (Turbot) Gute Weinempfehlung zum Essen. Natürlich ist der Preis am oberen Ende, speziell für diese Region, aber es lohnt sich hinzugehen. Unbedingt Sonnenuntergang hier geniessen mit Aussicht.

10/10/2025: It's well known that Puglia is known for its excellent food, but when it comes to seafood, that's not always the case. Here, there's a meticulous attention to enhancing tastes and flavors without sacrificing the right quantities at reasonable prices.
17/08/2025: Today's lunch at Dettagli di Mare was an experience that combined elegance and authenticity: the freshest seafood dishes, carefully prepared, and served in a refined yet family-friendly atmosphere. Special thanks go to Mr. Francesco, his wife, and the entire staff, whose passion, attention, and courtesy transformed a simple stop in Polignano into a precious memory. I will definitely be back!!!
