Highly recommended restaurant if you want to eat tradition and innovation!

Location overlooking the sea in the little square that hosts the statue of Modugno. Careful furnishings and welcoming and friendly service. The attentive and exquisitely kind staff. An unforgettable dinner. Mediterranean-style golden cod, roasted octopus and potatoes, orecchiette with roasted yellow cherry tomatoes and ricotta (superb!!!), grilled squid in salt water. All dishes prepared with great skill. A beautiful taste experience accompanied by a Susumaniello rosé from Salento. And finally tiramisu and chocolate, ricotta and pear... a delight for the palate. Very good! I hope they can have all the success they deserve!!

4 out of 5 star review for a seafood restaurant with a Michelin star in Polignano a Mare, located in the square where the statue dedicated to Modugno is located. We had a positive experience, with very well-prepared dishes and high-quality cuisine. The appetizer was delicious: we tasted some very fresh crudités, a fish carpaccio with citrus fruits, parsley and lettuce. For the first course we chose a ravioli with courgettes, mint, scampi, chamomile and squid, an original and tasty dish. For the second course we tasted a dentex, a very fine and tasty fish, accompanied by cream of sea urchins and almond cream. To conclude, they kindly offered us a dish as a closing, an appreciated and courteous gesture. The location is enchanting, right in the central square with the statue of Modugno, which makes the atmosphere even more suggestive. Oil lovers, like my friend who works in the sector, we were curious to taste the oil used: it was served to us in a small bowl, with a dropper... perhaps for fear of consuming the whole bottle. The only negative note concerns the cost of the service, a little high compared to what we expected. Furthermore, the waitress who served us seemed a little forced, she lacked that smile and naturalness that you would expect in a restaurant of this level. Perhaps the starred restaurant atmosphere affects the staff, but a warmer welcome would have been nice. Overall, a positive experience: everything else was impeccable, and we will definitely return to enjoy the wonders of this starred cuisine again.

Exceptional food! Easily the best restaurant we visited in Puglia

Doesn't deserve Michelin stars. Fish not fresh, too salty, pasta not cooked enough between raw and al dente... the service, on the other hand, is impeccable and the place is magnificent.

Great wine selection of white wines, wonderful views. The food was delicious and well made, very seafood focused- obviously.

We had lunch last Sunday. Upon entering the menu already clarifies the ideas regarding the prices and levels of the restaurant. The staff very prepared and attentive. The creative dishes with an excellent combination of flavors.

Schöne Lage am Meer Aufmerksame Bedienung und sehr freundlich Ausgezeichneter Fisch (wir haben den Steinbutt genommen (Turbot) Gute Weinempfehlung zum Essen. Natürlich ist der Preis am oberen Ende, speziell für diese Region, aber es lohnt sich hinzugehen. Unbedingt Sonnenuntergang hier geniessen mit Aussicht.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und unglaublich gutes Essen! Die Lage ist ebenso fantastisch! Auch die Qualität der Speisen war sehr hochwertig!
