It is an absolute pleasure from the first step.
The day before, while walking along the embankment, I saw a sign with a Michelin star and paid attention to the atmosphere inside the restaurant: refined, relaxed and cozy.
I reserved a table.
Came for dinner. They were already waiting for me.
The young lady at the entrance, with the most charming smile, took my outer garment and led me to a table.
They brought a chair for my handbag.
A few minutes later they brought water.
I made an order and asked for a piece of paper and a pen to write a letter: to myself, to God, and to capture the memories of this incredible day. They kindly served me.
The restaurant has an atmosphere of peace, pleasure and aesthetics.
Nothing extra.
Light music and the smell of cleanliness.
The lady brought a compliment from the chef with a smile. I won't reproduce everything that happened, but there was definitely a ball with carrots that grow only in this region
After some time, they brought me fresh bread with local olive oil: fragrant and strong.
The waiter also brought a bottle of local wine and refilled my glass.
It was a red, fragrant and not strong wine.
For dinner, I chose pasta with garlic oil, saffron and shrimp.
And fried fish. With vegetables.
The pasta was such that you just wanted to close your eyes and feel the taste with every receptor.
It is an exceptional pleasure for the taste.
The fish was also nicely cooked and presented. Everything is balanced.
Periodically, a lady and a gentleman came to add water or olive oil to the bread.
For a while I was the only guest, and it was a unique feeling.
Later, other guests began to arrive.
I asked them to pack the remaining bread for me, and they wrapped it nicely with themselves.
Everything was delicious, fresh, one of the best service I've had in my life. It looked sincere and casual.
Before leaving, after I paid, the lady asked if I wanted to see their kitchen.
I really want to.
And she led me to the cooking area, the chef came out to say hello and shake my hand. Young, with a striking smile.
This restaurant left me with the best after taste of Puglia. I definitely recommend it.
I just can't imagine how many people they have in season.
I am happy that I visited there.

Hands down one of the best places in the area where I had the pleasure of dining. Very friendly and helpful staff, elegant surroundings and amazing food. Prices are more than honest for the quality of the dishes and the raw materials. Location overlooking the sea and easily accessible. Super recommended, I will definitely return!

In September 2023, my husband and I dined at this beautifully located, Michelin-recommended restaurant. While the prices are on the higher side and the overall experience was okay, a few highlights stood out. We tried the redfish tube pasta, fish carpaccio, roasted octopus, and grilled lamb. The roasted octopus was excellent—crispy outside and tender inside—and the orange wine recommended by our waitress was delightful. While the other dishes didn’t impress us, we’d return for the wine and octopus alone, as they were truly memorable. The stunning view adds to the ambiance, though it does come at a premium.

Este restaurante sin pretensiones tiene la calidad del servicio, la atención al detalle y la calidad de la comida que uno solo encuentra en los mejores restaurantes. Nada es demasiado cuando se trata de la comodidad de los huéspedes. La estrella de la ocasión fue sin excepción la comida. Desde la diversión hasta el entrante de atún, las gambas rojas locales en hielo o el pulpo con nduja y mi fusilli favorito con sepia, la salsa estaba divina, quería lamer el tazón. Los postres eran una alegría, choux pasty e higos y los postres divertidos acababan de terminar la comida perfectamente. Fui con un nuevo vino para mí, Rampone, lleno de vino blanco con un delicioso color amarillo intenso y lleno de sabor. Espero volver de nuevo y pronto.

This unpretentious restaurant has the quality of service, attention to detail and quality of food that one only finds in the finest of restaurants. Nothing is too much when it comes to comfort of the guests. The star of the occasion was without exception the food. From the amuse to the tuna starter, the local red prawns on ice or the octopus with nduja and my favourite the fusilli with cuttlefish, the sauce was divine, I wanted to lick the bowl. Desserts were a joy, choux pasty and figs and the amuse desserts just finished the meal perfectly. I went with a new wine for me, Rampone, full on white wine with a delicious deep yellow colour and packed with flavour. I hope to return again and soon
