More than positive experiences. Excellent food quality, excellent service, pleasant location and reasonable prices, especially in relation to the quality. I confirm this having been there several times, definitely recommended.

A great discovery when visiting the Puglia region. This restaurant nestled in a small village offered us a menu with extremely well prepared local products. The wine from the regions of Italy are excellent, especially a Sauvignon blanc. The service is perfect and friendly. We feel that they love what they do. There were 6 of us and we went there twice during our stay. Around €35/person with starter/main course/dessert and wine. And a nice appetizer and sweet treats to finish. I recommend 1000 times.

Restaurant discovered in 2023. I had dinner on the beautiful terrace. This time, I went back for lunch with my parents. We were inside. The service is great, we are received with a smile. Very appreciable little touches. And the dishes....a treat as much for the taste buds as for the eyes!!

Ristorante raffinato ed elegante con belle salette all'interno. Cucina eccellente con piatti rivisitati di cucina locale o di nuova e fantasiosa creazione ma senza strafare. Ottime le lasagne dello chef ed eccellenti la pescatrice e la frittura mista con pescato del giorno. Ottimo anche il vino consigliato e buonissimo il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo. Ve lo consiglio.

Refined and elegant restaurant with beautiful rooms inside. Excellent cuisine with revisited dishes from local cuisine or new and imaginative creations but without overdoing it. The chef's lasagna is excellent and the monkfish and mixed fry with catch of the day are excellent. The recommended wine is also excellent and the relationship between quality and price is very good. I recommend it to you.

Exceptional food and service. Easily my favourite food in the area. The food is all exceptional ingredients cooked to perfection with all the ingredients treated with incredible respect to let their freshness and flavour shine. Portion size is also very good. Service and atmosphere is very warm, relaxed in a good way and friendly - and they also have an English language menu. Worth a detour if in the area!

27/08/2024: I'll start by saying that thanks to this place I discovered the historic center of Ugento which is truly delicious. The restaurant with its tables overlooks a beautiful square in the historic centre. A nice, very coherent concept, the interiors are very well looked after and there are many curiosities to observe. Very well done, congratulations! I think it's a nice meeting point. I believe that its main vocation is more than a place for drinking in company. The drinks are excellent, a good selection of gins and beers. As for the food there is a wide assortment of hot dogs and burgers with artisanal buns with bright names and colours. According to my taste, however, the cooked dishes are a bit messy. It's probably not their specialty. Starting from the fact that in the menu all the items (starters, first and second courses) are grouped under the heading "cuisine". In any case, although the cuisine is good, it is not at the same level as the rest of the offer. In any case, if you are in the Ugento area it is absolutely worth stopping for an aperitif or dinner in this place.
20/08/2024: Beautiful place in a splendid square, good food especially the various types of meatballs that we had as an appetizer, the only flaw was the service: they are all very kind but a little too slow... we waited a long time before having the table despite we had a little girl.

11/09/2024: Siamo stati attratti in questa trattoria dalle recensioni positive e siamo rimasti un po' delusi. Non conoscevamo la formula per mangiare: in pratica i piatti sono tutti già pronti e tu devi scegliere, tipo sala mensa. Non c'è un menù e non sai quanto pagherai. La ragazza te li scalda e li porta al tavolo. Noi eravamo arroccati sulle scale e in equilibrio precario con il tavolo che ballava continuamente. Il cibo è molto gustoso: abbiamo preso la parmigiana, polpette, pollo al forno, che ha salvato la serata. In due 44 euro, non proprio economico.
08/09/2024: Dopo il primo pranzo in questa Focacceria ci siamo letteralmente innamorati di questa cucina: ad ogni assaggio si percepiva il sapore di ogni ingrediente squisito e genuino. Abbiamo mangiato carne, pesce, verdure, ma soprattutto piatti della tradizione, come i cecamariti, piatto unico delizioso. Concordo con chi elogia il sugo sia delle polpette sia degli involtini...esperienza magnifica fare scarpetta con la focaccia o i panini caldi caldi! Consiglio fortemente una visita a questo locale per il cibo semplice, genuino e davvero gustoso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e il merito è anche di tutto lo staff, a partire dalla cuoca, la sua famiglia e la cameriera molto professionale e sorridente. Grazie per la vostra ospitalita' e competenza. A presto!
