A serene garden where you'll be delighted and pampered. High-quality ingredients for refined, modern local cuisine. A private and elegant location. Impeccable service with an old-world touch. Fair prices, perhaps even a little low for what they offer.
I've been there many times with my family, and for us, it's a constant reminder year after year. Superbly organized, not only for intimate dinners but also for special occasions.

Really enjoyed our evening here. The food was delicious and there was a good menu with good choices. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The wine recommendation was very good and we enjoyed the wine. We returned 2 days later and had the same wonderful experience. Sadly we must return home so cannot return to Matisse but would highly recommend it. Grazie.

An intimate and refined location, with attentive but never intrusive service. The written (!!!) no-smoking instructions on the menu were highly appreciated, a rare example of civic duty. Quality ingredients, including lobster with fresh pasta, an off-menu dish recommended by the waiter, were truly delicious. The appetizer, a very welcome discovery: cuttlefish "a tagliatella," with a texture similar to pasta, paired surprisingly well with melon, celery, and lime jelly. Highly recommended, and especially suitable for couples.

Wir haben ein hervorragendes Nachtessen im Restaurant Matisse genosssen. Unser Tisch im idyllischen Garten war top, das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam und das Essen war Weltklasse. Wir haben einen feinen Fisch, hergerichtet in Salzkruste, gegessen und dazu einen herrlichen lokalen Weisswein getrunken. Alles war sehr sehr gut und wir werden bestimmt dieses Lokal bei unseren nächsten Süditalien-Ferien wieder besuchen.
