Masseria Garrappa Ristorante In Monopoli

We (2 adults and a 9year old) spent 5 days at this masseria at the end of October and everything was perfect. We arrived earlier and they let us in the room 2hrs before checkin. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. The bed is very comfortable and the location is really quiet. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is amazing, selection of cheese matured and fresh, eggs, salami, vegetables, scrambled eggs (you need to ask for it and they can cook it fresh), a stunning focaccia barese with their olive oil. Very nice outdoors. Did not try the pool. When we come back to this part of Italy, we will definitely look to stay here again.

We had the most wonderful evening I have ever spent in Italy! The owner and the staff were so welcoming and lovely. The food, wine, and venue was spectacular. I cannot wait to return to this paradise!

My mom, sister and I took a cooking class here in July and had the most wonderful experience and afternoon. The grounds of the masseria are beautiful, as is the outdoor area where the cooking class was held. Roberto, his mother and friend taught us how to make typical focaccia, cavatelli, orecchiette, eggplant parmigana and almond cookies, which we then enjoyed for lunch. I have travelled to Italy over a dozen times and can honestly say this experience created one of the most wonderful afternoons and the meal was one of the best of our trip. I would highly recommend visiting Masseria Garrappa if given the chance.

I'm on holiday in Puglia and I don't know the restaurants... following the advice of the host I arrive here at Masseria Garrappa... The best pizza I've ever eaten... Rating 10!!!! And a 10 for the service too!!!

Lovely place, fair menu with "seasonal" prices considering the quality of the products for a pizza. The only flaw I found with friends I met casually there was the service (not all of it). They recommended (table more than 10 people) the appetizer plus pizzas in the center because the oven is old and we would have waited a long time for the pizzas, we appreciate the sincerity but it is hot and we don't want to eat too much, we decide to each wait for our own pizza. When ordering, the waiter was VISIBLY annoyed by the fact that we had only taken pizzas, changing his attitude. At the Fine (fortunately) the pizzas arrived quickly. It's ok to propose an appetizer but telling a lie to sell it and also being offended seems excessive to me. Constructive criticism that I hope is taken into consideration as it is a real shame given that the food and the place are beautiful.
