I came back as suggested in your comment. And I no longer regret anything about the old management. Incredible raw seafood! Pasta, WOW... really, really good. I can't wait to try other things on the menu. It definitely had the kick I was talking about! Congratulations. We ate quite well and the experience was enjoyable. I was super fond of the old place, which I loved for the quality of the food, so I was curious to see what it was like now. The new management is off to a good start: the guys are friendly, kind, and you can feel their enthusiasm. The atmosphere is still very basic and perhaps it lacks that little kick to become a truly "very good" place, but the direction seems right. The location, however, is unique: the beach in front is wonderful and creates that perfect atmosphere. A place with potential, which I will definitely continue to follow.

A very well-kept place with attentive service and delicious dishes. Try the tagliolini with squid ink and shrimp reduction, with stracciatella cheese and raw shrimp. Fantastic. Perfect for a lunch stop.

This is our second time at Molo 13, and it was a confirmation. We arrived at 3:30 PM, and when we called to make a reservation, they had already informed us, very correctly, that it would no longer be possible to order appetizers at that time. I must say it was a pleasant surprise; even without appetizers, the menu offers so many options. We ordered the mussel and clam soup, the mixed fried fish, the battered vegetables, a swordfish steak, and a slice of beef with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan. Everything was truly excellent, well-cooked and with quality ingredients. The service was impeccable; all the waiters were kind, attentive, and professional. A special compliment to the waitress who served us, always smiling and friendly, even though it was already 3:30 PM and, after so many hours of work, she was definitely feeling tired. It's nice to find people who continue to welcome customers with a smile until the end of the service. It's clear that when a place is busy, you might have to wait a few minutes longer or experience minor delays. It happens everywhere and is part of the job on very busy days. What matters is customer service and attention, and they've never been lacking here. We'll definitely be back again. Congratulations to the entire staff!
