The rooms of the old palace are a bit old-fashioned, as far as the furnishings and finishings are concerned. The palace, dating back to 1770, is very beautiful, the summer residence of the Marquis del Grillo. Inside, there is a room named after Alberto Sordi, where the stage clothes used by the actor during the filming of the movie "Il Marchese del Grillo" are displayed. The internal rooms, intended for catering and breakfast, are well finished. The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. The adjacent hotel structure, called "Locanda", is very beautiful on the outside.

Beautiful hotel, a bit isolated on top of a hill. The rooms are very large, furnished with antiques. The bathroom is a bit dated. Breakfast is average.

Trattasi di una dimora storica che ancora esprime tutto il suo fascino vieppiù avvalorato dall'appartenenza ai possedimenti marchigiani del Marchese Onofrio del Grillo. Ho partecipato ad un banchetto dove abbiamo potuto degustare un menù molto equilibrato preparato e presentato molto bene. Il tutto abbinato ad ottimi vini, tra i migliori presenti sul territorio. Il personale è stato molto professionale e ha supplito spesso alla carenza di regia della sala e al numero degli addetti.

Location suggestiva e ricca di storia, è ideale sia per una cena, sia per un soggiorno rigenerante. La mia dolce metà ed io abbiamo solamente cenato( avanti ci piacerebbe anche provare il soggiorno), e non posso che fare davvero i complimenti a tutto lo staff, dallo chef al personale di cucina e sala. La professionalità, la gentilezza e l'accoglienza che il personale di sala esprime, si fonde con la bravura dello chef e dello staff della cucina, capaci di creare piatti di altissima qualità, una vera cucina d'autore. Oltre che alla qualità delle materie prime, sono anche molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente, in particolare mia moglie avendo una intolleranza, ha potuto mangiare lo stesso, ottimamente consigliata dal maitre di sala. Una menzione finale per la gentilezza mostrata dal Sig.D'Alesio e dal receptionist che ci ha raccontato la storia della suite del Marchese del Grillo.....

Very nice and welcoming hotel, it reminds me of some scenes from Alberto Sordi's film.

Great hotel and restaurant in a quiet location. Very friendly staff. Really great dinner with quality food and wines. Recommended.
