First time for lunch on the recommendation of a friend. No disappointment, in fact a nice discovery. Varied menu for all tastes. Will come back to try other dishes.

Great little place to eat near the railway station full of locals ! Went twice on our trip to Turin.

A true gem in the heart of Turin! This restaurant is an experience not to be missed for those who want to discover the authentic flavors of Piedmontese and other cuisine. Each dish is prepared with care and passion, from traditional appetizers to rich first courses and second courses featuring very tender meat. The desserts are a final treat. But what makes this place truly special is the kindness of the staff: welcoming, thoughtful and always ready to recommend the best of the menu with a sincere smile. We really felt at home. In perfetto stile anni 70-80, questo ristorante offre un menu molto ricco di proposte di piatti classici pronti e "da farsi", proprio come si usava un tempo. E' ovvio che a tale ricchezza quantitativa non possa corrispondere una grande ricchezza qualitativa. I piatti che abbiamo scelto sono stati discreti, ma niente di più. Ci siamo accontentati di un antipasto e di un primo e poi siamo fuggiti, piuttosto oppressi dall'ambiente claustrofobico. All'inizio il locale era ancora semi vuoto e si stava bene. Poi si é riempito ed il rumore é diventato disturbante, nonostante il pubblico, tutto piuttosto anzianotto, fosse educato e non particolarmente vociante. Purtroppo il locale é angusto e i tavoli sono molto vicini, per cui ci si disturba a vicenda. Il servizio è stato cortese e preciso, così come la cura dell'apparecchiatura e degli spazi, arredati con buon gusto retro e caratterizzati da una collezione di splendidi manifesti d'epoca. In sostanza, pregi e difetti di una scelta coerente e irrimediabilmente datata.

Don't be put off by the extensive menu. The food is good with very quick service

You can't see inside from the street, but open the door you'll find a room full of happy local diners. I soon discovered why. A fine array of delicious dishes and drinks at very reasonable prices. I loved the warm seafood salad and (on a return visit) the agnolotti con prim. Friendly service and wines that don't break the bank. I love the place!

Great food (for many years). Very extensive menu. Polite and fast staff. Clean environment. Toilet in order. Low prices (taking into account the quality). The decor and attendance are a bit "old" but the atmosphere and food are always good.

Welcoming, informal but refined environment, friendly and attentive staff. Fresh fish. The whitebait fritters and the turbot in a potato crust are excellent. The tarte tartine is delicious.

Moltissimi piatti proposti a prezzi onesti e qualita' super. La signora (credo sia la proprietaria) gentilissima, attenta e disponibile. Vicino la stazione Porta Nuova, in Ona tranquilla. Location raffinata e confortevole
