Raw fish tasting: one of the best tastings I've ever tried. Superb quality of raw products. Particular flavors but which do not cover, but rather enhance the flavor of the fish. In my opinion, a star-rated level. It deserves it

Ubicato lungo un'importante via di comunicazione questo ristorante, di recente ingresso nella Guida Michelin rappresenta una sorpresa gustosissima. Cucina mediterranea saporita ed elegante, servizio inappuntabile. Perfetto sia per un pranzo business che per un pranzo romantico. ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Capitati in questo ristorante per puro caso con la mia compagna, abbiamo provato il percorso degustazione classico. Tutti i piatti molto interessanti e ben curati nella presentazione. Prezzo elevato ma adeguato alla proposta Forse un po’ troppo alti i ricarichi del vino al bicchiere. Location curata ed intima con pochi tavoli.

25/05/2025: We came across it a bit by chance for lunch this weekend, a place with a unique atmosphere, wonderful paintings on all the walls and spectacular antique-style furnishings, the menu really unexpected, in step with the times and really well-finished, the risotto with shrimp and courgettes really special as the appetizer of cured meats and homemade giardiniera so abundant that it could be a second course. Really rich and quality wine cellar. Really friendly and attentive service with a lot of attention to the customer. I highly recommend the place.
