What a delight and what a typical setting! We opted for this restaurant on the square to have a quick dinner! What a pleasure to eat on the terrace and enjoy such good pasta or such a good salad! Everything was perfect!

Good welcome, good cuisine, quiet under an arbor on the beach square on Chianti. Mixed reviews because the value for money is not there. The meat dishes are very expensive, plentiful in meat but without any accompaniment.antipasti €12 burrata tomatoes or €10 brushcetta simple tomato olive oil is a bit high price. The desserts are uninteresting.

After 20 years I returned to Greve in Chianti and on this occasion, why not have lunch there?! The choice was random and I liked the colorful and cheerful "mise en place", not like a "classic tavern"; we started with a Tuscan appetizer of artisanal cured meats (salami, prociutto and finocchiona); very tasty and the finocchiona did not have a "pungent accent" but was tasty and delicate, very welcome. I chose a grilled slice of beef and she, instead, a peposo alla fornacina cooked in classic Chianti, with a side dish of roast potatoes for both. The bill was, obviously, expensive, not for the excellent quality dishes but, above all, for the cost of the quality organic Chianti Riserva 2021 DOCG wine; from the smell and flavour, I would say all 100% Sangiovese (remembering the strict regulations of this part of the territory) A lunch to remember and we hope to repeat it in the near future...

Eat there with our two kids. Food was fantastic, cooked in a reasonable time even though restaurant was busy. Would recommend

Wow… went here twice during our 9 day visit to Greve. A superb traditional Tuscan Osteria. The ragu is amazing, cannot recommend it enough. The owner was lovely and very family friendly restaurant. I can imagine in high season this gets booked quickly and not a huge amount of covers so get in early!! A very reasonable but excellent wine list too. A must if you are planning a visit to Greve
