The environment is actually more effective than elegant, the service is actually limited to the delivery of the sandwich and a chat, yet I give both categories five stars. In the sense: they've been there making sandwiches for thirty years, if it wasn't a good and more than satisfactory place for customers, they'd never stay open. Five stars for everything. The food without even needing much explanation, that's a self-explanatory five.

Excellent burgers and more, prepared with passion by a true Tuscan who puts all his energy into pleasing customers.

Fantastic sandwiches, and the guys are super nice! The bread is super and the lampredotto is wow! Even in Florence the lampredotto is not always good, so if you like it you absolutely have to come here! Well done guys!

Space sandwich. Good ingredients and generous portions. Fair prices, if I returned to Pistoia I would definitely go there again. The atmosphere is nice and the owner (I think it's him) was very kind and approachable.

Delicious sandwiches and fried foods at a great price, the service is excellent and the area is very pretty in a courtyard where in the distance you can see an equestrian monument.

Ho mangiato varie tipologie di panini, anche se chiamarli panini è riduttivo!!!! Qualità e mix di materie prime gourmet! Piero e il suo staff sono una garanzia di professionalità e simpatia! Consigliatissimo! La mia top 3 degli hamburger: Bauscia Tartufon Piccadilly!!! 😍

Decidió visitar después de leer otras opiniones en Tripadvisor. Mi marido y yo pedimos una hamburguesa con patatas fritas y una coca. El personal era muy amable y servicial. La comida era generosa en tamaño de porción, bien presentado y delicioso, para ser honesto no pudimos terminar todo. Nos sentamos en las mesas al lado del quiosco, la zona estaba ordenada y limpia. Yo recomendaría felizmente a cualquiera que le guste una excelente hamburguesa a un precio muy razonable.
