Panzerotto tipico pugliese ad un prezzo super economico, buono da far paura. Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro. Da pugliese dico che questo locale fa i panzerotti proprio come la mia mamma!

Take Away fryer:
Excellent panzerotti, well stuffed, tasty and light!!! Frying in extra virgin oil - dough available with hemp.
Medium/low prices (price for a tomato and mozzarella panzerotto €2.5, panzerotto with octopus €6) and in any case in line with the competitors... which are really many!!!
Minimal waiting time and friendly staff... definitely worth a try!!!

In Monopoli in the centre, I had the panzerotto with turnip greens, chilli and anchovies, spectacular. My husband took the one with octopus, delicious and fresh. The only flaw is that it is on an alley where cars pass (few and slowly) and there is no place to sit and put down your drink.

I ordered a panzerotti which is actually quite nice however the filling is only in Less than half of the whole thing which was rather disappointing

Quite a big variety of options, we tried the one with Mortadella and it was quite tasty. However we were expecting the proper one, and not cutted on mini squares... But still, quite tasty

I have visited the length and breadth of Puglia and I can assure you that Madià's is one of the best panzerotti in the whole region! They are freshly prepared and fried! The wait is worth the result. Absolutely worth trying...and then the prices are really honest and the owner is very kind! What more could you want?!
