Everything was top notch except for the short wait (about 15 minutes) due largely to the pseudo-rush hour.

I was really impressed. The best panzerotti in Puglia. It is made in front of you and it is very fresh. The street is quiet and is perfectly located if you want to eat something and rest from wandering in the city. A lot of choices that can fulfill any taste you want to have. Avoid the carne panzerotti because it is too oily.

During my stay in Monopoli, one of the tastiest discoveries was undoubtedly Madia. I ate 10 panzerotti in 5 days. When something is this good, you never get tired of it! Fragrant, light, and above all, very digestible, which is not a given when it comes to fried food. They're also made fresh!!! I tried the classic "Call Call" (always a surefire hit), but also more unusual flavors like the Arrapato with turnip tops and chili pepper, the "Inzillato" with octopus, the vegan version filled with fresh vegetables, and the "Kiss Me" with onion... each one better than the last, truly. But beyond the flavor, I also really appreciated the kindness of the staff: welcoming, friendly, and always available. All at truly fair prices. In short, if you're in the area, I recommend stopping by. Or even twice. Or ten, like I did.

Delicious, fresh, large panzerotti. We ate them at Porto Antico. Nearby. Just right for a bit of a cool down. I recommend them with tuna!

Consejo: Solo pide el “Forte” con la “ricotta picante” si te gusta el queso de sabor fuerte (azul). No es picante, en cambio tiene un sabor fuerte. Ordenó el Forte panzerotti pensando que tenía ricotta picante - no era picante pero con sabor fuerte. Evita si no te gusta el queso fuerte. Sumérgete, si lo haces. La comida se hace y se fríe fresca, como usted pide. Significa que puede esperar de 5 a 10 minutos pero vale la pena esperar. No puedo creer lo increíblemente ligero que era el pastel. No se sentía grasienta, solo ligera y una mezcla perfecta de crujiente fuera y encantador relleno caliente.
