Exceptional quality of raw materials. Fantastic meat, a spectacle. The price is truly honest. All set in a splendid masseria with excellent staff. A must in the area!

Very authentic place, you can taste the real Apulian countryside. Enrico (waiter and griller) number one. We were there on a Sunday for lunch when they do a fixed menu with various appetizers, first course, second course, dessert and fruit at a fixed price. Da Emiliano I'm sorry there aren't any more sincere places like this in my land, highly recommended

Very welcoming place, kind, precise and friendly staff. Excellent quality/price, exquisite meat and delicious side dishes. The house wine is also excellent, highly recommended!

If you look for excellent own-grown meat, this place is what you are looking for. The farm is directly connected to the store, and the meat is fresh, basically just-made. You can find also dry aged steaks and several typical Apulian bombette, in different flavors. It’s also possible to have a quick aperitif with beer and salami.

An unexpected joy to visit. Unassuming, almost anonymous, butcher and baker that turned out to be a real joy to chance upon. Set in the middle of nowhere - well, one or 2kms out of Selva Di Fasano - is this little gem, up a short drive set back from the main road. While it does not look like anything and you almost have to search for the entrance, you come upon a well-stocked butchers selling great quality local and national meat products with very friendly staff at a good price. And then, again by surprise, next door is a small bakery with a range of delicious baked goods. At risk of sounding patronising or colonial, part of the joy is that the owners don't speak much English, so you sense that this is not a tourist destination, and all the better for it. While not open while we were there in April, a bar and restaurant open up during the summer season which would be a lovely place to eat and drink, though I have no idea about the fare on offer. However, a lovely walk from the village is rewarded by what I imagine rural Italy looks like, particularly in Puglia.

Beautiful farmhouse immersed in the countryside. We had a fixed menu lunch on the external veranda. Very friendly and kind staff. The lunch itself didn't excite me but the very relaxed environment really pleasantly surprised me. We didn't try the grill, so I think we will return. The presence of a butcher's shop, bakery and dairy inside the structure is interesting. It is in fact possible to purchase e.g. a piece of focaccia and mozzarella and spend the day on planks in a specially set up outdoor area. Very interesting indeed. I would stay here again.

Abbiamo pranzato in atmosfera a dir poco meravigliosa…con un menù fisso da antipasto al dolce piatti davvero buoni che sposano la tradizione …prodotti freschi ..personale super cordiale …il tutto pagando solo 33 euro a persona con bevande incluse .. appena vedevano che qualcosa da bere finiva te la riportavano posto da favola ritorneremo

Masseria Lisi ha il sapore di famiglia! Semplice, accogliente e in crescita. Abbiamo pranzato una domenica qualunque con menu’ fisso di 33,00€ previa prenotazione, pochi coperti (meglio!). Il menu comprendeva: •antipasti della casa (tagliere di formaggi prodotti da loro, i salumi non sono mai arrivati, ma poco importa !) •focaccine varie deliziose, pane, •patate alla cenere (sublimi!) con mortadella arrosto, •polpette di uova e formaggio al sugo, •orecchiette al pomodoro al forno (bone!) •salsiccia e bombette con patate al forno (forse unica nota dolente le bombette…) •dolci misti della casa (crostata con marmellata, con cioccolato, di ricotta e salame di cioccolato) •frutta (clementine) •caffè •vino, acqua e bevande incluse Note dolenti: bagni (esterni alla struttura e datati) , parcheggio esiguo. Un po’ di cura generale agli spazi verdi sicuramente ne gioverebbe. Abbiamo davvero gradito la giornata trascorsa, panorama della Selva di Fasano meraviglioso! La masseria splende sicuramente in primavera/estate, ma si puo’ ugualmente girare liberamente per visitare gli animali della fattoria. Ci torneremo? Sicuramente si ed anche di sera per assaggiare la carne arrosto (che x pranzo non fanno).
