A lovely discovery in the historic center of Grottaglie. High-quality ingredients with balanced and delightful combinations. The young, friendly chef has extensive experience, including abroad. We stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance. We had just had a falling out with my friend and were planning to hurry up and eat and leave. But the welcome was so warm that we relaxed and had a great time there: the owner is young and passionate about his region, about local and seafood products, and about local gastronomy. His passion is evident in the delicious dishes we were served. And his team took great care of us. A great place: you can go there with your eyes closed! :)

Very warm welcome from a French-speaking restaurant owner. Very pleasant decor. Very tasty cuisine, representing the generous side of Italian cuisine with homemade ravioli. Extensive wine list with expert advice from the owner to find the best value for money. Very good lunch.

As soon as we entered this restaurant, we immediately felt welcomed and pampered. The food was delicious, the dishes were very well prepared, the price was excellent, and the service was perfect. Capitate per caso dopo una visita al quartiere delle ceramiche, avremmo voluto tornare anche i giorni successivi se non fossimo state troppo lontane. Da subito abbiamo percepito passione, orgoglio e proattività. Accoglienza ottima, servizio attento e premuroso, piatti con ingredienti locali di qualità, connubio perfetto tra tradizione e innovazione senza stravolgere troppo i sapori per voler creare quell' effetto che diventa poi spesso eccessivo e artefatto. Io in quello che ho mangiato ci ho sentito la terra, la passione e la voglia di stupire con garbo. Una nuova gestione giovane, attenta ai sapori del passato con uno sguardo al presente. Bravi!

Siamo capitati in questo bistrot e siamo stati accolti con estrema cortesia . Abbiamo ordinato e siamo stati serviti in breve tempo ma nell’attesa ci hanno offerto un bicchiere di prosecco e ci hanno portato delle sfiziose focaccine . Il cibo è ottimo e l’aspetto ben curato. Il costo è adeguato. Consiglio vivamente.
