Cool place with a cozy atmosphere the night we went. Good quality and diverse food choices. Attentive staff. Our waiter Pietro was knowledgeable and friendly.

My friends took me here for my bachelorette party. The place is well-kept, welcoming, and clean. I had the pici with Chianina beef sauce, and they were delicious. Followed by a truly delicious homemade tiramisu. They served us a glass of prosecco and various sauces with bread. I think it's a customary gesture of welcome (since I was the guest at the lunch, I didn't see the receipt). The waitress, Viola, was both professional and friendly, because my friends, given the occasion of our reunion, asked her for advice and opinions regarding the choice of songs for the wedding, etc. To be a good fit for the public, you have to be professional but also versatile, and she was just that. She left us with a pleasant memory of the lunch. Another diner had the double Chianina burger and said it was very good. When I return to Florence, I will definitely return.

If you want a serious burger, enjoy a select tartar served with a variety of toppings, or a wide variety of other meat dishes, you've come to the right place. Pietro recommended an excellent wine to complement the dishes we ate: various appetizers, including fried tortellino, fried polenta with Tuscan livers and amazing caramelized onions, and tartar-style dishes, one with fresh artichoke pieces and Grana Padano cheese, the other with buffalo stracciatella...spectacular!! Afterwards, I had ossobuco with Milanese risotto, and my girlfriend a plate of tartar-style dishes (with four exceptional toppings). The location, opposite the Uffizi Gallery and close to the Ponte Vecchio, boasts Francesco's friendly touch and the helpfulness of the entire staff. Simply a sure thing.

I went to Lungarno 23 today for lunch with my family, an experience I'll repeat. The quality of the dishes was excellent and refined, very well cooked, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a breathtaking view of the Pontevecchio. The waiter Pietro was courteous and knowledgeable, even when it came to the wine list.

32 eur for some polenta, cheese, salami...papa al pomodoro (tomatoes and bread crumbs) ... very small quantity for 32 eur!! Good quality but really not enough.

Great burger and varied menu... you feel right at home. Very friendly staff... Viola is super nice!!
