Very tasty food and very friendly staff

Absolutely wonderful food and wine, topped off with fantastically friendly and fun service from the staff. The duck ragù, lamb with pumpkin and ginger and zabaione were highlights - and all after a lovely little aperitivo drink and snack at Bar 5000 across the way.

The lamb was quite good, but the seafood was overly fried and so greasy that it was hard to eat. The waiter simply forgot about us. Drinks were empty, plates were left on the table, and nobody responded to our waved hands for a long time, which slightly ruined the birthday mood.

The location is very nice on the water with a nice outdoor seating area. Food was very nice with great battering on their seafood mix.

After a week of culinary exploration of Venice, this is definitely my favorite. Great service, delicious food and beautiful wines. Sublime. My no. 1 ❤️

Luna Sentada: A Must-Try in Venice! Amazing staff, amazing food – what more could you ask for? I highly recommend Luna Sentada! The soba noodles are a standout dish – absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is really lovely, creating a wonderful atmosphere for a meal. Plus, the wine bar right in front is a fantastic bonus! You can enjoy a glass or two before heading in for dinner. The food is of excellent quality, and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Luna Sentada and will be back on my next visit to Venice!

A rare gem, not to be missed. In Venice for the weekend with my fiancé, we dined at Luna Sentanda for his birthday. Flawless, and I mean it carefully. A lovely welcome, excellent advice. Incredible wines, excellent dishes, and a beautiful atmosphere. Traditional cuisine with a few original touches! Special mention also to Zabaione, which I don't usually like and which really won me over. A magnificent evening, go there with your eyes closed. Thank you💓🫶🫶

A Venezia per visitare il Salone dell’Alto Artigianato Italiano, tenuto presso l’Arsenale di Venezia, abbiamo incontrato Luna Sentada lungo il nostro tragitto per piazza San Marco. Lo staff è stato gentile ad accoglierci, nonostante fossimo prossimi all’ora di chiusura della cucina, preambolo questo ad un servizio gentile, garbato e molto simpatico. Il locale non è molto grande, con muri grezzi in mattoni, arredato con gusto secondo la tradizione veneziana, che rende le trattorie calde ed accoglienti, rendendo gli spazi, talvolta angusti, quasi un valore aggiunto. Pochi i tavoli all’interno, cui si affiancano alcuni tavoli nella piazzetta antistante il locale, ed ulteriori tavolini nella vicina enoteca, che oltre al menù del ristorantino, propone anche i tradizionali “cicheti”. Abbiamo condiviso un ottimo baccalà mantecato con crostini, passando poi a spaghetti (cotti perfettamente) con “peverasse”, con zest di limone e scaglie di mandorle, e a spaghetti al nero di seppia. Abbiamo bevuto due calici di Sauvignon e di Vermentino, entrambi ottimi, ed acqua minerale. Col caffè ci è stato fatto omaggio di ottimi biscottini. Tempo di qualità, ottima cucina, simpatia e disponibilità da parte dello staff, conto non economico, in linea comunque coi prezzi di Venezia.

Ambiente piccolo , molto accogliente e rilassato. Buon cibo e personale simpatico. In una zona non troppo affollata ma vicino a San Marco e rialto .
