I think the best compliment for a restaurateur is.......I felt pampered.......and this was my experience Genuine and plentiful food. I often have digestion problems when I eat out but I had a great time and this means that the quality of the ingredients was excellent

Local immersed in the village of Rocca de Baldi Inside it is very quiet, perfectly in tune with the external environment. We ordered the worker's menu at €13 from the kind owner, consisting of tagliatelle with butter and sage (very abundant, served directly from the pan), stew with potatoes, berry sorbet (a real delight, prepared at home) and coffee . In my case, perhaps due to the absence of grated toma cheese, the tagliatelle were a little dry, while my lunch companions did not. The stew had some slices that tasted too much like wine, while others were good. In addition, as an accompaniment, they brought us a garlic focaccia, also with a strong taste. However, it is still recommended for its excellent quantity and quality ratio.
