One of the best carbonaras I’ve ever had in my life! Huge kudos to the amazing service – they even surprised us with a complimentary glass of wine as a thoughtful gesture. If I ever find myself in Rome again, this place is a must-visit for sure!

Amazing food! The steak with peppercorn sauce was outstanding and the penne with spicy red sauce was super yummy. Highly recommend.

One of the best restaurants in Rome indeed, very authentic.
The Food here is amazing with good portions and prices are affordable for any budget. I recommend the Variety starter for appetizers, the rest of the menu are free to pick, you can't go wrong with any of those.
I see some comments about bad service but please do understand not every one in Rome is speaking English, you're in a local restaurant they tell you what they could, also don't expect anyone to have time to chit chat with you, they have a job to do and other guests to take care of.
This place can get busy very quickly and I recommend booking a reservation.
High recommended.

Ein wenig versteckt und doch im Zentrum liegt diese eher unscheinbare Osteria. Wenn man zu mehreren hier isst, ist das ein Vorteil: Die hausgemachten Antipasti werden dann auf großen Platten serviert, wie bei einem Familienfest.
Irgendwie ist diese Osteria aus der Zeit gefallen, wie ihr Patrone, und wir fühlten uns völlig entspannt bei herrlichen Gerichten wie anno dazumal, die authentisch waren und ohne Schnickschnack. Einfach köstlich!
