AN INSTITUTION This osteria doesn't need a review because it's an institution! The welcome, the staff, the ambiance, and the food all speak the same language: the language of those who know what they're talking about! An authentic and genuine experience. Attentive service, carefully prepared traditional dishes, generous portions, and well-served, with warm words from the staff and owner! If you're passing through Rome, take the time to have lunch or dinner there! Five stars for everything!

This is the third time we have been here. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The food is great. It is a local place, not frequented by tourists that we can tell. We always do our best to speak some Italian (haha) and we are always treated like locals and friends. Thank you Allesandro and Memmo! Update - Back again in 2023. Even better than we remembered, both the food and the service. Thank you Memmo and Cesare!

Incredibly delicious homemade pasta, perfectly al dente – it couldn't be better! There are hardly any tourists there, mostly larger groups of Italians celebrating something. Another plus: the staff has remained unchanged for years. Memmo, the owner, seems a bit disinterested, but is genuinely kind; his son is the head chef. Reservations are a must.

24/02/2026: Very nice restaurant, attentive staff, a glass of prosecco, lovely foccacia and burrata with tomato as a starter before two very tasty pasta dishes; one vongole and one with artichoke and bacon, before a highlight of a tiramisu. Rosé wine tasted excellent with the meal👏👏👌
