A heavenly place, the food is one of the best I've ever eaten in my life, the atmosphere is great, like the decor of a classic osteria, which also has a very positive effect on the whole, and I would like to say hello to the very nice waiter with glasses

We came the first time on advice. We came back a few days later, convinced. What can I say... A naturally smiling and welcoming welcome. A quality of service and professionalism that can be greatly appreciated. Products and cuisine of finesse that leave nothing to chance while knowing how to keep the assertive character of authentic recipes and for others more creative. A place where it is good to sit, eat and chat. A nugget that is earned in a small street in the hidden heart of Rome. Reservation recommended. Memmo doesn't need touts...

My partner and I, two Venetians on a trip, had high expectations for Osteria de Memmo, and what can I say? Brush it off! Fantastic dishes (the finger steaks are a MUST), super welcoming staff and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. We regretted not trying the pastas, already an excuse to return! But the final Mont Blanc ended the evening in glory. An unforgettable dinner, thanks Memmo and staff!

My second time visiting in my second visit to Rome. It was really lovely. Asides the incredible local style and well polished style and tasty food, their servers were the friendliest. They also have the best tiramisu in the city.

Gran lugar para servir auténtica comida romana. Fuimos a cenar y la comida fue genial, Tuvimos una comida romana muy tradicional con antipasti de carnes y queso, primer plato de Cacio e Pepe y Lubina como segundo. Todo estaba perfectamente preparado, la pasta un perfecto al dente y el pescado justo. Grandes vinos locales y precios muy razonables. Situado en el corazón de la vieja Roma, recomendaría este restaurante a todos.

Nos topamos con Osteria de Memmo Santori mientras paseábamos por las calles de Roma y atraídos por el menú local y el ambiente auténtico decidimos quedarnos a comer. El restaurante es por excelencia italiano, éramos los únicos no italianos cenando aquí y los camareros no hablaban nada de inglés. Recomiendo encarecidamente compartir el antipasti di giorno para empezar - es muy generoso con diferentes platos utilizando cualquier local, ingredientes diarios de la cocina tiene. Teníamos albóndigas, estofado de frijoles, selección de jamones, una ensalada de hinojo, mozzarella, parmesano, calabacín a la parrilla y melanzano, y una ensalada de garbanzos - delicioso y fresco. Para la red tuvimos el carpaccio de res y el carbonara - carpaccio estaba delicioso con mucho parmesano y la carbonara era muy generosa con fantástico guanciale. La botella de casa blanca no era más de 15 euros y genial. Nos encantó nuestro almuerzo tanto que volvimos a cenar en nuestra última noche compartiendo calamares a la parrilla y el carpaccio de ternera para empezar seguido de la milanesa de ternera y el besugo a la parrilla que eran fantásticos. Los camareros trajeron un poco de moscato y cantuccini en la casa para terminar nuestra cena, que fue muy amable! Absolutamente me encanta el restaurante y espero volver en mi próximo viaje!
