If you don’t have a reservation, line up outside the door and wait! It’s worth the wait! The food was so wonderful, I would’ve eaten there again, but I was out voted as we had to try new every night in Rome. I only enjoyed 3 meals in 4 days in Rome. This is authentic and not a tourist trap! You will see Italians eating here. We started with bread, then each had a pasta, then meatballs. Do not pass up the opportunity to eat here if you have an opportunity!!

We stumbled upon this gem on our last day in Rome and it really was a highlight! The carbonara was to die for, it was the best one we had in Rome! We also ordered mixed grilled seafood which was very fresh. The place was full of local Italians, no queue at all so skip the touristy places and come here for a fully authentic treat!

During a short stop in Rome with my family, we had dinner at Memmo's. We had a great time; both the cacio e pepe and carbonara were excellent! Excellent value for money! Recommended.

Siamo stati a cena con colleghi in questa bella osteria , nei pressi di piazza Navona. Location, in una via stratta , locale caratteristico , VOTO 7 Simpatia di MEMMO ( lo conosco da tanti anni ), VOTO 8 Antipasti , tanti e buoni , VOTO 8 Agnello allo scottadito con patate ( poche), buono , VOTO 8 Fragole con gelato , ottime , VOTO 9 Prezzo, abbastanza giusto , VOTO 7 CONSIGLIATO !

Si mangia bene cucina romanesca. Ambiente rustico. Personale molto cordiale e socievole. Molto buoni i carciofi e le classiche paste della cucina romana. Prezzi onesti.
