Matilde was a fantastic host, the food was divine and the atmosphere was perfect for lunch! Aperol spritz was 10/10 refreshing!

Amazing restaurant, service and most of all food!! I got the homemade gnocchi with a rosemary cream sauce and walnuts and it was the chefs kiss! Very authentic, want and peaceful setting, on a quiet little street. You can even hear the church bells ringing as you sit outside and enjoy your meal!

Very friendly and attentive service. Top-notch FLORENTINE steak...as a restaurateur, I'd say very good. The price is a bit too high, €110 per person, though.

The best steak in Lucca! We shared the Fiorentina steak and it was incredible, the quality was fantastic, the fat was rendered well and the flavour was out of this world! 100% recommend. Paolo was a great server, very friendly and attentive.

19/07/2026: Even though we came for dinner when the restaurant was packed, we had good service and excellent food quality.
18/07/2026: Take a couple steps away from the amphitheater and look out for this gem. Great food and wine with hospitable staff. Prices are reasonable and not too touristy.
