When I arrive from Lombardy, almost every Friday, with the usual company of Rosignano we have been coming back here for years and now we are at home. Stunning views, great food, excellent service, friendly owners, what more could you want?

Beautiful inn, in a spectacular place, completely surrounded by greenery. Clean, well organized and well maintained rooms. Excellent restaurant, all excellent local dishes. The staff at the inn during the three days we stayed were super friendly, welcoming and always available for anything. A place where we will certainly return with great pleasure.

Pranzo con amici e colleghi a menù concordato. Affettati locali e crostini vari con giardiniera, pappardelle al ragù e tortelli ai funghi, tagliata con verdure fritte vere, non quelle congelate. Una cucina toscana senza rielaborazioni eccessive, buona e gustosa in un locale che offre anche alloggio e bottega enoteca. Grande presenza ovviamente di supertuscans ma anche di etichette con prezzo più abbordabile ma di gran qualità. L’ ampia vetrata offre uno scorcio suggestivo sui pendii che digradano verso il mare. Un luogo affascinante. Casale Marittimo merita inoltre una passeggiata post prandiale nel borgo storico

14/05/2025: A restaurant that introduced us to some wonderful local specialties: we thoroughly enjoyed our meal as a family. What's more, the server spoke a little French and translated the entire menu for us. A wonderful memory, and an excellent address in Pisa.
