The place is welcoming and familiar, we had a table for two with a view of Monviso in the face (exceptional and romantic), very helpful service, good and characteristic food. To return.

We had lunch at this inn, and even though we'd called in the morning to make the reservation, they took care of it without any problem. The place is reminiscent of Sunday lunch at grandma's house: cozy, welcoming, and delicious. The menu, consisting of five appetizers, one first course, one second course, and one dessert, is very generous, all excellent quality and a fabulous value. The owners are two delightful, friendly, and approachable people, with whom it was a pleasure to chat between courses. It's one of the few places in the area that preserves its traditions, kindness, and love for their work. We'll be happy to visit you again!

We went for lunch today. The tourist menu wasn't available, and we hadn't booked, so it was fine. A dish with a selection of truly delicious traditional dishes. From the flavors, you could tell they were incredibly fresh and carefully prepared by the chef. For dessert, there was only the dessert of the day: however, a Bacio di Dama and a cake with spectacular flavor. Everything was homemade here, too. The owner and his wife were very friendly and kind. The restaurant will soon move to Paesana; we'll definitely be back at the new location! 👏

We ate wonderfully: a single course with bites that exploded in our mouths with delicate flavor molecules (how good was the green sauce? Hard to say...) and finally two desserts, of which I couldn't say which was the best: a cake with chestnut honey, corn flour, and poppy seeds, and an excellent bacio di dama! All of it from a magical kitchen!

The best Bacio di Dama I've ever tasted. The friendly and welcoming owners welcomed us warmly into this unique setting, almost a small ethnographic museum.

You can sit in the sun. If you order at the bar, you'll be served personally. Signore makes the cappuccino and Signore serves cake and cappuccino. No wish goes unfulfilled. Even if you don't speak Italian, you can communicate perfectly well. It's a shame these places aren't more frequented. The people here are so friendly and helpful, no matter what kind of gibberish you speak. Occitan is spoken here, an ancient language that spread from here to France and Spain. Family welcome, the owners two exquisite people. We chose the single dish: abundant with excellent quality and special proposals made with local seasonal products (or rather of the day). The soup is a journey through the flavors of the world ... truly excellent price.
