07/04/2026: All the dishes were plentiful, but most importantly, very good. I ate everything!

05/04/2026: So, we went for lunch today, and it wasn't bad in itself, but in terms of ideas and cuisine, I would have expected much more. We're in a mountain resort where you can truly create a menu that respects nature and is less mundane. Serious mistake: one person was vegetarian and was told you can't make zucchini with tuna (vegetarians don't eat animals). Second, more serious mistake: If you don't have a POS, you have to tell them before booking, and receipts are required!!! Honestly, I was disappointed. The price was too high for the quality of the products. Sorry, I hope this criticism is constructive!

20/10/2025: Excellent typical Piedmontese food, good bottled wine too, quick service and friendly waitresses

13/12/2025: Always kind, always welcoming. Today we stopped for a quick hello and they prepared an excellent cheese and cured meat platter for us. We drank a bottle of Nebbiolo, coffee, and a delicious grappa.

06/12/2025: The service was very slow; I waited almost an hour or so for my dish, even though it was expected. I didn't ask for seconds because otherwise I would have waited forever. For what I ate, I think I spent too much.
