Beautiful location overlooking the hills. The menu offers typical local dishes, cooked with high quality ingredients, although a little sparse in quantity. The desserts are average. Wide selection of wines. The service is attentive and friendly. The price is adequate.

Perfect place for a lunch with friends, dishes of the highest quality with a wine list worthy of the place at reasonable prices. Friendly and polite but above all professional staff. If you are in the area, this is a highly recommended stop.

Great food at reasonable prices. The chef is giving traditional Piemonte e dishes a very modern twist. The service was impeccable. Our second visit to Locanda Fontanazza was very worth it. We will certainly come back. Keep up the good work.

I had dinner at this wonderful place as a stop on a multi-day walk in the Langhe. I had tried to book dinner previously because the place had been recommended to me, but without success since there were no seats available. This time, probably because I was alone, I found availability: everything met and exceeded expectations. Every dish was truly excellent... but it was the panna cotta that reigned supreme. Beautiful view.

Birthday lunch: everything perfect, from the welcome to the attentive service. The cuisine (excellent raw materials!) surprised with its traditional but innovative proposal. Veal with tuna sauce, plin, tajarin, duck breast, rabbit roll...all delicious, but I highly recommend the sweetbreads and roasted cauliflower...a real surprise! Thank you, we will certainly be back!

Sono andata in questo fantastico ristorante a fine novembre con mio marito, durante una piccola vacanza nelle Langhe con varie tappe enogastronomiche di alto livello (non stellati) provato tanti ristoranti e questa è risultata la più appagante. Partendo da pane e focaccia, passando poi ad antipasto, primo e secondo, per non parlare del dessert siamo rimasti deliziati da TUTTO. Eccezionale il cavolfiore su crema di peperoni, arrostito e croccante, ha deliziato il mio palato non particolarmente amante di cavoli e affini; strepitoso il ripieno quasi liquido della zucca nei plin conditi con crema di gorgonzola; mio marito si è “divertito” tra le lumache con cous-cous e barbabietole e con i formaggi e la cugna’. Il budino di cachi e marroni era il giusto punto di arrivo di una cena che ci rimarrà nel cuore a lungo. Il personale ed il proprietario contribuiscono ad una bella atmosfera calda ed accogliente, pochi fronzoli e molta serenità. La sorpresa finale è nel conto, un’onestà che rasenta il masochismo… Kathia da Pordenone
