A nonna's experience. The couple has been working in this restaurant for 40 years, and they use very fresh produce. They cook very well and do everything possible to make sure the place doesn't feel like just another restaurant for foreign tourists, like many places in the town. Grandma loves to talk and share her stories. They are delighted to have customers and cook with passion.

During our vacation in the region, we discovered a real gem. A warm, family-run restaurant where everything is carefully homemade. The dishes are simple, flavorful, and refined.
We started with the Friggi Bri, a fried pasta specialty, like crispy little ravioli, served with ham. Next, we had the spicy Maltagliati all'Arrabbiata and a unique, perfectly cooked blueberry risotto. Then came the melting, well-grilled arrosticini. And finally, a light, balanced tiramisu—just the right amount.
Everything exudes sincerity, a love of the product, and a desire to please. A truly wonderful place to remember.

At the foot of the path to the funivia/cable car lies this restaurant, a dream in every respect. The chef serves delicacies, which his wife enthusiastically carries from the kitchen to our table in the garden. We ordered parmiggiana, tagliatelle with vongole, and maltagliati capricciosa, accompanied by a delicious Sardinian rosé. This restaurant is certainly one of the best and most authentic we've ever visited in Italy. And we've visited many, many.
It's definitely worth a visit—either as a refreshing treat before the climb to the cable car or as a reward afterward.

Very pleasant restaurant run by absolutely lovely people. The food is very good (delicious asparagus risotto!) and the service very friendly. A pleasure to stop there for lunch during our visit to Laveno

Siamo stati a pranzo oggi domenica 16 marzo era la prima volta che provavamo questo ristorante.
Rimasti impressionati in modo veramente favorevole.
Ambiente familiare ...ogni piatto veniva descritto dalla proprietaria che è anche la " super" cuoca Ingredienti di ottima qualità per piatti eccellenti .
Polenta molto particolare di mais antico e dolci superlativi
Merita una menzionea la pastiera napoletana veramente gustosa e nel contempo leggera .
Tutto condito da tanta gentilezza e cortesia.
La signora ci ha anche regalato una pannocchia di granoturco per la semina poiché era di una qualità eccezionale.
Sicuramente torneremo
