Excellent mixed starter of cured meats. The raw ham melted in your mouth. The first courses are delicious (tagliatelle with culatello ragout and anolini in broth). Also try their desserts! Fast and courteous service. Convenient for parking and proximity to the highway.

In mezzo ad un gran traffico, con camion a decine, sulla strada che da Parma conduce a Mantova, ad un tratto e’ comparsa una insegna su un angolo di strada che attestava la presenza di un ristorante dal nome curioso “sparafucile”. L’ora tarda consigliava di non cercare oltre e così girato l’angolo sono entrato nel parcheggio del ristorante. Mi si è presentata una bella struttura ed una volta entrato la sala da pranzo quasi piena. Mi hanno indicato uno dei due tavoli ancora vuoti e dopo poco mi hanno portato un gran bel menu’ : carne, salumi e pesce. Ho optato per un primo a base di zucchine : eccezionale e poi per gli affettati accompagnati da il pane fritto, il tutto annaffiato da una bottiglia di Malvasia. Per finire un cannolo allo zabaione. Bravi, era tanto che non mangiavo così. Fermatevi se passate di qui, resterete pienamente soddisfatti come me.

Cena con piatti ottimi e originali. Il servizio in sala eccellente con il cameriere preparato e attento. Complimenti per la conoscenza dei vini e del cibo. Di origini Tunisine da anni in Italia il signore e' estremamente gentile e preparato. Consigliatissimo
