An excellent dinner for two with a truly stunning view from the restaurant's large terrace. The menu is varied and inviting. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, frequently providing explanations about the various dishes. Considering the food, the quality/price ratio is more than fair; I highly recommend it.

This restaurant was discovered by chance on The Fork, and is probably one of the best in the area. It's an excellent location in the historic city center, with an outdoor terrace and a well-maintained and comfortable interior. The ingredients are top-quality and the dishes are excellent. The service is fast, helpful, and efficient.

Everything was perfect! We had a platter of cured meats and cheeses as an appetizer, and they bring you four bruschettas and an omelette. Then a first course and a dessert, plus coffee, water, and a glass of wine. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity. If I return to Spoleto, I'll definitely stop here.

The place is beautiful and very central... friendly and helpful staff but the wine is not opened so haphazardly and serves by the glass, period. The first courses are very good, the wild boar is exceptional but too much of a rush. The quality/price ratio is right. The dessert menu could be revised as well as the wine list (limited).

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and found it to be a well-maintained space, with friendly staff who were always ready to offer advice. I recommend anyone in the area visiting the city—which I found beautiful, well-maintained, and rich in history—to try La Locanda della Signoria. You'll be delighted with the refined, top-quality food!

Excellent service, the restaurant is located 3 minutes walk from the Duomo. Beautiful view from the terrace. Pork bellies with chopped apple were heavenly.

12/10/2025: A lovely discovery. The meat appetizer deserves an A+. The meat dish deserves an 8.5. Worth the stop. The service is pleasant and fast. The price is fair.
11/10/2025: We visited Ristorante Fratelli Bottiglieri after a somewhat difficult afternoon reservation, given the high demand for tables in the area. Although we were a group of eight, we were immediately and honestly informed that they couldn't guarantee a single table, but rather two tables for four, which we accepted, separating the adults and children. ​We appreciated the formula that combines a standard menu with a selection of off-menu items, with prices communicated verbally by the waiter (This formula, while typical, I would suggest making it more transparent on paper as well). ​We had various choices: venison, an asado, a hamburger, and a carpaccio—for the adults. For the children, a steak with fries and a hamburger and fries sandwich. The dishes were undoubtedly "different and well-served," a testament to the quality of the ingredients and preparation. ​The waiter who looked after us was very friendly and kind, an aspect that contributed positively to the atmosphere. However, the service was a bit hit and miss: the burger and fries for one of the guys arrived late because the order had been "lost" or forgotten. If it hadn't been for this unexpected wait, I would have given it a higher rating. We paired our meal with a bottle of Perticaia, a good wine. The final bill was extremely reasonable: just €17 per person for eight people, a truly exceptional value considering the variety and quality of the meat served. With a little logistical improvement, this place would deserve top marks. I look forward to seeing you next time.
