Nice restaurant at the foot of the central square. Elegant and well furnished, trained and kind staff. Good menu offering with a wide choice of quality products. The cellar is also beautiful with many prestigious labels. The dishes are prepared very carefully and the quality is good. Online prices

The strangozzi and the cut with truffle were very good, the poached egg didn't convince us much and in general it lacked a little salt for my tastes. There is also a nice panoramic view

This was my second visit to La Locanda della Signoria, a restaurant with an excellent location and a beautiful setting, both internally, with a spectacular dining room, and externally, with a very pleasant view over the hills around Spoleto. The restaurant confirmed its good cuisine, with some new additions to the menu, and good level of service at the tables, although the attitude of the staff in charge of collecting the payment, just chatting over the phone and ignoring the customers waiting to pay in front of her, was rather annoying.

Senza infamia e senza lode,tagliere x 2 con buoni salumi ma non eccelsi,presenti bruschette con creme immangiabili e panbrioche di due giorni fà, stringozzi al tartufo mangiabili. Si può,sicuramente,mangiare molto meglio in Umbria.

Discrezione nel servizio, qualità molto buona negli alimenti proposti, quasi tutti locali. Spesa assolutamente ragionevole, in linea con le altre proposte spoletine, ma con un tocco in più.
