Enfin un vrai chef digne de ce nom en cuisine. Parmi tous les restaurants à touristes dans Palerme celui-ci change par ses plats et leurs qualités. La carte élaborée par le chef sort des éternels pâtes (même il y en a ) et pizzas à Palerme. Vous avez carte digne d'un très bon restaurant à Paris et, en plus avec des prix qui ne sont pas exorbitants au vu de la qualité des produits comparés aux autres restaurants. Nous avons même eu des amuses bouches en entrée. Vous pourrez même y dégusté du " lapin en gibelotte". Le tiramisu a été revisité avec glace à l'intérieur mais hélas c'est plutôt un échec (trop sec et pas imbibé avec un jus). Sinon les plats servies étaient au niveau d'un très bon bristonomique et reflète je pense bien le travail et la recherche de perfection du chef. De plus le restaurant bien que situé dans une avenue très fréquenté est à l'écart du bruit et bien en retrait de la rue. Les tables sont situées dans une terrasse calme et accueillante servie avec un personnel de qualité.

Food was great. Very gentle in taste. The butter and bread were also great. The problem was the wallpaper music that repeated itself over over again plus the toilet had no toilet paper and no tissue

We ate very well, with good Sicilian wine and the setting is truly incredible! We had booked for 9:30 p.m., so there weren't many people there, which was very pleasant.

Restaurant inside a historic building near the main places of interest in the city. Event in a reserved area between art, culture and quality food, well-presented dishes accompanied by excellent wine. Excellent professionalism and maximum courtesy. We will return

Pretty restaurant. But the staff take very long to take your order. They never came back a second time, even though our drinks were finished. I ordered the risotto and it was very undercooked and had little taste besides mint.

We went out for a walk without knowing where to have dinner and we stopped by to ask and from the beginning they were super attentive and pleasant. We were served by Helia, a Spanish girl who recommended several dishes and who was lovely. In the end we had three dishes to share and they were incredible, the best thing and a plus point is that they are bringing you throughout the dinner, appetizers for you to try that are included in the price of the cover, something that in other establishments they don't even give you bread …

Really really good food! My wife did her research and found this place by searching for restaurants in the area that Italians go to and not the tourists. The sea bass ceviche was my fav.

Gioiello enogastronomico , incastonati quel di Corso V. Emanuele con un dehore molto curato, caldo, accogliente, in stile minimal chic. Menù essenziale, inclusivo di piatti della tradizione siciliana ed internazionali, elaborati gradevolmente, attenzionando la stagionalità delle materie prime utilizzate. Nota particolarmente positiva, va ai loro panificati e paste home made. Ottima carta vini, soprattutto nella selezione dedicata alle bollicine doc, nazionali ed internazionali. Servizio in sala, altalenante, però ben diretto da un bravo maitre Buon rapporto qualità,soprattutto per l ottima scontistica The Fork prontamente applicata.

A comida estava deliciosa é um lugar tranquilo muito agradável, o staff é simpático e atencioso.
