Ristorantino all’interno di un palazzo storico nelle immediate vicinanze dei quattro canti, ci ha colpito l’eleganza del dehor esterno e l’atmosfera quasi parigina nella sua gradevolezza. Mise en place essenziale, ma ben curata, il menù è la cucina, abbiamo scoperto essere il loro forte, piatti della tradizione con un tocco di innovazione, il servizio ed il personale sono un po’ ingessati nel servizio. Prezzi un po’ sopra la media, ma adeguati alla qualità dei piatti ed alla freschezza delle materie prime.

Small restaurant inside a historic building in the immediate vicinity of the Quattro Canti, we were struck by the elegance of the outdoor terrace and the almost Parisian atmosphere in its pleasantness. Mise en place essential, but well cared for, the menu is the cuisine, which we discovered to be their strong point, traditional dishes with a touch of innovation, the service and the staff are a bit stuck in the service. Prices a little above average, but adequate for the quality of the dishes and the freshness of the raw materials.

Restaurant in a hotel in the center of a pedestrian area. Very fast service. Courteous and professional staff. Refined and top quality cuisine. Excellent wine by the glass.

The food was very curated and delicious, we choose the fish of the day. The service was friendly and welcoming definitely going back. Beautiful environment.

Food experience was exceptional. Great combination of flavours. Smaller potion sizes. Cooking needs attention, octopus and calamari were both over cooked. Service was very stiff. Atmosphere was nice. All in all, a nice dining experience. Room for improvement.

Ero stata in questo ristorante nel 2019 e sono tornata nel 2024 ma la professionalità e la qualità del cibo sono restate immutate. Ho mangiato molto bene pietanze ben curate e personale attento al cliente.

I spent 4 days in Palermo after Christmas, and I went to eat at this excellent restaurant twice. I tried both appetizers and fish-based first and second courses, all of a notable standard. I recommend for those who want the top. I must also say excellent value for money.

A place in the center located in the internal courtyard of a historic building, and we found it extremely quiet, private and pleasant. The service was friendly, helpful and prepared. The bread, focaccias and breadsticks served with anchovy and lemon butter are truly pleasant. Followed by a small entrée with a fresh and pleasant flavour. As appetizers, the beef carpaccio with a remarkable plating and perfectly balanced flavors; simple but delicious battered cauliflowers. As first courses, I found the plin with porcini mushrooms to have a delicate flavor that perfectly contrasted with the parmesan fondue; scampi tagliatelle with mulberry cream, also impeccable presentation, but for my personal taste, it was a good dish with a pinch of sweetness more than I could expect from a first course. The dinner ended with a tiramisu which I found exceptional. Highly recommended, I will return
