Empresa familiar, experta en la materia con años de experiencia en el negocio del caracol, ofrecen una variedad de recetas: caracoles “in umido”, fritos, pinchos, asados, bouguignonne. Además, todas las carnes curadas son hechas a mano por la familia. Rara vez se obtiene una mejor experiencia genuina y comida. Confía en mí aunque el restaurante se vea un poco frío o vacío. No olvides la CRESCIONADA COMO POSTRE!

I arrived while I was still "full" from lunch in Montefalco (at Coccorone, a must for me and my family). I therefore decide to stay light and take Pappardelle all'Oca, convinced that the goose fat could have a chemical reaction with everything I had eaten for lunch. Now, jokes aside, they served me that first course of touching delicacy. Pleasant as never before and appreciated until the last forkful (I add that I also made the slipper). Well, for me this experience is worth more than the home wine which reminded me of that of the farmers of the past, the family service which is always a nice sight and the bill definitely within reach. Well done.

On my way to Spoleto I found this unassuming restaurant. The house specialty is snails. I had the “Mixed Snail” dish and it was simply delicious.

Everything was delicious, the place was very welcoming and the owners were kind and approachable. We tried snails, strangozzi, truffles, wild boar, lamb, typical Spoleto dessert, all delicious and highly recommended

Delicious Sunday lunch, with a wide choice of first courses, truffles, wild boar. Delicious homemade pasta. Excellent second courses, rabbit, wild boar, lamb. Tasted the snails for the first time, what can I say, really good both in sauce and fried. The desserts are also good, all homemade and finally the house bitters are also offered. All very good and homely, quick and friendly service, more than honest price for the quality and service. Highly recommended!

Piccola locanda in una stanza ben arredata.
Menu molto semplice con molti piatti con le lumache (specialità della casa).
Abbiamo mangiato ravioli con lumache (buoni) e antipasto unico di lumache composto anche da affettati (tutti di alta qualità e dal sapore genuino).
Servizio informale. Prezzi onestissimi (caffè 1€ ad esempio)

Perfect dinner, with the possibility of vegetarian options. But the main dish is the snail, recommended even for the most picky eaters. And don't forget to make the slipper!
Really modest prices and very kind staff. Absolutely recommended if in the area!
