I was in this place for the first time sent to a convivial event and it was a nice surprise.
Unfortunately due to the bad weather we were all in the internal room and we were still curious as to what the external accommodation would be like which I think would have been really pleasant.
The welcome was very courteous and the staff proved to be kind and very helpful, in fact, I asked for a course with one less ingredient and there were no problems, as was the proposal made to me to replace the dessert with berries, truly remarkable and not obvious.
The cuisine offering was excellent, adequate courses, very good raw materials with excellent presentation. If I have one note to make, I would have preferred the excellent slightly tastier risotto, but it's a matter of taste.
The wine proposal in line with the courses.

Quando siamo dalle parti di Cuneo è un piacere andare in questo ristorante, dove qualità del cibo, cortesia del personale, e conto onesto, sono sempre una garanzia. Tra le altre cose, ho mangiate una carne cruda da urlo..... Bravi !!

It's always good at Peju! Traditional Piedmontese dishes with refined variations, but also excellent fish dishes, each time offering some exquisite novelty. First choice raw materials, careful presentation of the dishes. Also suitable for parties, there is a large garden in the back. Great Chef Alberto and very kind Monica! 👏👏
In 2016 we celebrated my daughter's Confirmation here, in 2017 my son's First Communion, in 2018 my mother's 75th birthday, we have always had a great time, menus always different and delicious.
We returned for our 20th wedding anniversary in October 2020, we had a wonderful time! I tasted the fried porcini mushrooms, what fun!!
During the 2020-21 red and orange zones, I took takeaway Christmas and Easter lunches, always top quality (but not me who plated them like them!).
And again on May 8th on the occasion of my son's Confirmation, we were once again pampered and delighted with baked prawns, spinach flan with fondue, ravioli del plin, a splendid tagliatelle with baked potatoes and finally the legendary trio of sweets! All fantastic, with wine pairings always at 🔝!

Seconda volta in questo ristorante dove confermo la precedente recensione. Tutto sempre ottimo realizzato con prodotti del territorio.
Gentilezza e cortesia del personale, ottima l'insalatina con filetti di trota salmonata, le mezze lune ripiene di taleggio al burro e salvia e il rolle' di coniglio.
Prezzi nella norma.
