Speck e zola pizza and fennel/orange salad were really nice, pizza is a pretty classic nice Italian pizza, but a salad was an interesting find - would recommend trying with the white vinegar dressing.

In a restaurant serving Como cuisine, I'd always expect the local specialties: at least lake fish dishes and local cheeses. The menu didn't offer what I expected. Despite this, I ate well, enjoying the goat cheese ravioli (which is available here) with caramelized onions: I was captivated by their perfect balance of sweet and savory. A more than adequate wine list, the friendliness of the staff, and the average price rounded out the evening.

Tucked away in a quiet alley in the heart of Como - “Locanda Barbarossa” is a true hidden gem，peaceful and charming despite being so central. .We had lunch outdoors, and it was absolutely lovely — calm, comfortable, and beautifully set. The food was outstanding, made with the freshest ingredients and full of authentic flavors. The staff were warm and attentive throughout. Special thanks to Roland for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality — he made our experience even more special!

The restaurant is very nice, and the food is really good. We had pizza and pasta there, and both were very satisfied. The pizza is baked in the oven right in front of you, which is really cool and adds to the vibe.

18/09/2025: In search of the best ice cream parlor in Domaso, I landed here – and what can I say: a direct hit! An Italian puppeteer once told me that the best ice cream is always hidden in silver ice barrels, "well chilled like on a glacier," and not under a mountain of cookie crumbs and sweets. That's exactly what it was here – pure, creamy, divine. Our recommendation: Strawberry yogurt. A taste like a mini-vacation in the Alps, but without the cold feet. The saleswoman? So welcoming that you could almost forget you're actually there for the ice cream. And the shop itself: beautifully decorated, so that as soon as you walk in, you think: "I'm going to stick around here." If you don't try ice cream here in Domaso, you're missing out on the dolce vita.
14/09/2025: The ice cream is great 👍. 3 scoops for €4. Very tasty. We went there almost every day. The selection is plentiful, with about 20 flavors.
