Absolutely superb in every respect. We had fried artichokes, tongue, fried brains and tripe. Perfect menu. The service was excellent too. It was delightful to talk to the maitre'd about the dishes and how they were cooked. She was incredibly knowledgeable.

Very intimate place, discovered by chance on a Monday for lunch and welcomed very well by the very kind and friendly staff. Excellent typical cuisine, nice choice of starters and everything else... added value: coffee served with the classic mocha. Absolutely to return to visit them, well done.

Center of Pistoia In a characteristic corner of Pistoia there is this restaurant with a spartan charm, with few seats that recall the intimacy of a home-made meal. The location is simple, without frills, with a single room that hosts customers and an open kitchen that adds a touch of authenticity. The menu, although not very extensive, focuses on Tuscan specialties, keeping faith with tradition. We started with the appetizers, well prepared and tasty, and then moved on to the meat dishes, which proved satisfying, but not unforgettable. In general, the place deserves an overall rating of 7. It exceeds the passing mark thanks to the quality of the raw materials and the authenticity of the offering, but it does not leave its mark in terms of gastronomic experience or atmosphere. I recommend it to those who are willing to give up comfort and luxury to live an authentic Tuscan cuisine experience. I had already been to this cute place yesterday I returned to visit the splendid historic center of Pistoia and I returned again to the Storno I ate very well for lunch, tasty and plentiful dishes, excellent service and adequate prices, very pleasant location I recommend it

While passing through Pistoia, I found this place by chance and it was a wonderful discovery! I took livers and lampredotto, exceptional and abundant dishes. Super service, very thoughtful and kind. Top the coffee served in the moka. Should I return to those parts, I will definitely return

Sono stata a cena in questo ristorante con il mio compagno, entrambi siamo rimasti molto entusiasti. Innanzitutto si mangia benissimo, cucina toscana autentica, con sapori genuini: abbiamo preso tagliatelle ai funghi, pici cacio e pepe e una tagliata di carne davvero tutto delizioso. Anche il vino meritava, al termine della cena non ci sentivamo affatto appesantiti. Ci ha colpito anche il personale davvero gentile e accogliente. Noi avevamo prenotato un tavolo all’esterno ma essendo una serata fresca ci hanno detto che se volevamo potevamo spostarci all’interno. Davvero un servizio eccellente. L’ambiente è familiare, ottima musica e per concludere vi consigliamo il tiramisù con i cantuccini…indimenticabile😍
