Lo Sparviero In Castellabate

We dined at Sparviero and, despite not having a reservation, were fortunate enough to get a table overlooking the sea, ideal for our two-month-old baby's stroller. The atmosphere was promising, especially considering the sushi selection, but the service was disappointing. After 20 minutes, we were informed that only one out of four waitresses was taking our orders. From there, over 45 minutes passed without water, bread, or wine, while other tables were already being served. Only after we urged them did they bring us drinks, and finally the main courses, which were excellent. Unfortunately, the dessert we ordered never arrived, and after a further wait, we decided to ask for the bill and leave. Despite the delicious food, the experience was marred by disorganized and inattentive service, even towards a family with a newborn. In a restaurant with high prices, you expect attention and care: elements that were absent that evening. I hope they can improve, especially considering the high season.

Good fish stew, hamburger sandwich to avoid, average prices.

I want to compliment your cook/bartender/chef/manager Angela. She was fantastic, even though the place was crowded with people and orders, with obviously a long wait, this woman, alone, was able to take orders and satisfy so many people. The place has potential and could do with more staff, even during peak hours.

The sea urchin linguine was very good and tasty, and the fried fish was also good. The restaurant's flaw is the very inattentive service, which is inattentive and inattentive to the customer's needs. It's a very rushed service, and therefore unsuitable for this type of restaurant. It took more than half an hour to wait for a sushi sample (which never arrived because the waiter forgot to note it), and if I hadn't asked the staff, I would have been left waiting much longer. The equipment was non-existent.

Not very satisfied. Nice establishment, perhaps run for tourists. I ate sushi. Unfortunately, I chose a raw fish dish, which caused me a bit of a problem. The other guests and the various dishes were fine. Prices were a bit high considering the quality/price ratio and service.

Lo Sparviero is currently located in Vallevò at the Costa dei Trabocchi camper area, in a charming wooden chalet near a stream, shaded by lush trees. The abundant dishes featuring the freshest fish are delicious, authentic, and incredibly fragrant, a delicious treat for the palate, as are the homemade lemon delicacies! We ate there several times during our vacation and were never disappointed; on the contrary, it makes us want to return again! The clam chitarrina or the monkfish-filled ravioli are excellent! Special thanks to Fiorella, a friendly and welcoming entertainer, a fantastic person who, after three minutes, feels like you've known her forever. We'll be back soon; thank you for contributing to the best vacation ever!

Una vera scoperta! Questo ristorante di pesce è un gioiello per chi ama i sapori del mare. La qualità degli ingredienti è altissima, il pesce freschissimo e cucinato con grande cura. Ogni piatto, dagli antipasti ai secondi, è un equilibrio perfetto tra tradizione e creatività. Il personale è cordiale, attento e pronto a consigliare il vino giusto per accompagnare la cena. L’atmosfera è accogliente e rilassata, perfetta sia per una cena romantica che per una serata tra amici.
