03/08/2025: We went to Casale di Turbino and had a truly excellent experience! We started with an appetizer of mixed fried foods: supplì al telefono, Ascoli olives, and mozzarella balls, all crispy and delicious. Then we divided our time between classic pizzas, capricciosa, boscaiola, and others, all truly well-made: light dough, quality ingredients, and well-cooked. Some people even had the scampi cream risotto, creamy and flavorful. To conclude, a selection of desserts: white truffle, crème brulee, chocolate pudding, and lemon cake—all very good, with a special mention for the crème brulee. The service was quite quick, but above all very friendly, which is always a big plus. The prices are slightly above average for pizza, but the quality more than justifies them. We'll definitely be back!
