A small jewel of hospitality and taste in Piazzale Maciachini. Small and well-kept place, the kind and smiling staff make you feel like family. The menu changes every day: appetizing and light, on this occasion we tasted freshly fried crunchy courgette flowers in batter, tasty Gragnano helices with dried tomato pesto, pine nuts and ricotta, paccheri with cabbage and sausage, chickpea soup and spicy olive oil , to continue with salmon cooked at low temperature with vegetables, sautéed turnip greens, fennel, pomegranate, orange and walnut salad, and also a classic roast beef perfectly cooked with succulent roast potatoes, accompanied by an irresistible crust. A special mention goes to the desserts; I discover that "Lile's" mother prepares them every day, and so the flavors of my heart come back to mind: those of my grandmother's desserts that no one will ever be able to replicate but which you can find here. The embarrassment of choice can assail the customer, including chocolate cakes scented with bergamot, tartlets with cream and raspberries, ricotta tart, cream, raisins and pine nuts... we weren't even able to taste the blueberry cheesecake and other delicacies ( the portions are really generous), but we will do it again soon. In this place, care, happy and expert hands are accompanied by the choice of excellent quality ingredients. It was my birthday, on a cold and unusually clear day: I will remember it for the satisfaction of the palate and even more for the warmth of the welcome, truly unique.

I was there for a company lunch, unfortunately the first one was very cold but still good. Very nice place for a quick lunch.

Quality raw materials, carefully prepared dishes and generous portions. Very courteous and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Very nice place, beautiful concept. Too bad about the service, the owner is not very helpful and often seems rude, he doesn't smile and it seems very forced. The croissants are good, the cakes taste a lot like eggs and the cappuccinos are poor, it feels like drinking watered down milk foam. It's a shame because the place is very beautiful and I often go there willingly for the climate but the service ruins everything.

Locale piccolo, con arredamento minimal, buono per un pranzo veloce. Cucina leggera ed essenziale con pochi piatti di buona qualità. Servizio veloce e cortese. Pessima l'acustica con il locale pieno.
