Lieviti Pizza-beer-italian Food In Montepulciano

Really Nice restaurant. The pizza is the star of the show! 24-48h of fermentation of the dough makes for An airy, light crust. You Cant go wrong here! The salsiccia with the friarelli was really good! Definitely recommend it. We payed around 70€ for 2, incl 1 desert, 2 pizza's, 2 cocktails, 1 appetizer for 2, wine, water,... Servicelady could have been a little more engaging with the People. You'll have a good night going here!

Unfortunately, only partially – the pizza wasn't to our taste, only mediocre – the restaurant has been nicely renovated. Prices are perfectly reasonable, hence 4 stars.

We didn't like this pizza as much as the one around the corner. It was good, but not our favorite.

El restaurante tiene un gran ambiente con un entorno subterráneo fresco. La pizza estaba deliciosa. Probamos una Margherita clásica y una con mortadela y pistacho. La única ligera decepción fue el postre. Simplemente no es un enfoque para ellos y eso tiene sentido. Solo salta eso y toma un poco más de pizza.

The restaurant has a great vibe with a cool underground setting. The pizza was delicious. We tried a classic Margherita and one with mortadella & pistachio. The only slight let down was the dessert. It’s just not a focus for them and that makes sense. Just skip that and have a bit more pizza. ☺️

Intimate venue with great aesthetic potential. Very courteous, young staff.. we were welcomed with a smile. Pizzas with soft Neapolitan-style dough, quality ingredients used. Excellent beers and quality coffee to finish. The only flaw, personal taste, is the radio... you can't hear it :-) I would have expected a sound suitable for a place like this. If we ever come back here, we will definitely come back.

Locale grazioso ed a tratti tipico collocato a due passi dal pieno centro della caratteristica Montepulciano. Visitato di sabato sera confermo che le pizze sono state davvero ottime e soprattutto digeribili,onestamente,da partenopeo,anche al di sopra delle personali aspettative. Il servizio inoltre, che si è verificato veloce,attento e cortese aggregato ad un rapporto qualità prezzi più che buono ha tradotto il tutto in un’ottima esperienza. Unica menda infine,consiglierei,vista la sostanza del territorio,di aggiungere al menù qualche pizza che lo racconti. Complimenti.
