While in Montepulciano, we found Lieviti Pizzeria. It is in an interesting building that was an old wine cellar. We had a margherita pizza and a pizza that had figs and prosciutto. The Margherita pizza was very good. The pizza with the figs was ok. It looked great and was unique, but I wasn’t a fan. I would recommend the restaurant, but probably not the fig pizza.

Excellent pizza, if you are looking for a place to eat exceptional pizza. This is the restaurant you need to try. Impeccable welcome and service, beautiful atmosphere. There were 10 of us and it was perfect, we will come back

Locale grazioso ed a tratti tipico collocato a due passi dal pieno centro della caratteristica Montepulciano. Visitato di sabato sera confermo che le pizze sono state davvero ottime e soprattutto digeribili,onestamente,da partenopeo,anche al di sopra delle personali aspettative. Il servizio inoltre, che si è verificato veloce,attento e cortese aggregato ad un rapporto qualità prezzi più che buono ha tradotto il tutto in un’ottima esperienza. Unica menda infine,consiglierei,vista la sostanza del territorio,di aggiungere al menù qualche pizza che lo racconti. Complimenti.

(Tried takeaway only) Not being able to describe the experience inside the restaurant but wanting to say a few words on what in the end is the thing that matters most in a pizzeria, namely the pizza, well, let's hope that places capable of offer pizzas like this; tasty, with well-selected ingredients, with a pleasant, light, digestible consistency... in short, a truly good pizza. Absolutely recommended and certainly significantly superior to that of the "neighbors".

Soyons très clairs. Les pizzas sont délicieuses, ce qui tombe bien pour une pizzeria. Mais le service et l'ambiance ne sont pas les principaux attraits de cette adresse. Donc, nous n'en avons pas gardé un souvenir impérissable.
