The prices for umbrellas are high, but in line with the crisis facing beach resorts elsewhere. Good food, fast and efficient service. The beach is beautiful and popular with tourists.

The location is undoubtedly the highlight: crystal-clear water and a picture-perfect view, with Isola Bella just steps away. However, the rest of the experience doesn't live up to expectations, especially considering the prices, which are inevitably high given the area. The staff appears unfriendly and not particularly attentive, which is out of place in a touristic setting of this caliber. The facility itself leaves much to be desired: the umbrellas and loungers appear dated and worn, definitely not in line with the prices charged. It's a shame, because with a little more care and hospitality, it could be an excellent beach destination.

i think this was one of the best beach clubs i’ve ever been to. the staff were helpful all the time and nice to everyone. we’ve been in this beach club for 4 days and everyday was amazing. one of the perks that this beach club is offering is you can order drinks or food straight from your sunbed. the restaurant you have above the best is delicious and not too pricey. if you are in taormina do you self a favor and go to this beach club. (i recommend doing a reservation for your sunbeds!!!)

My wife and I got married in Taormina and spent a lot of time on the beach at this restaurant soaking up sun and eating pizza. They had the best pizza of the entire trip, hands down. Perhaps it was the atmosphere of eating pizza and drinking wine on the beach, or just finally being off our feet after walking up and down the inclined streets of Taormina in our wedding attire. But we couldn't wait to strip off the formal clothes and hit the beach in front of Lido La Pigna. The staff are all Sicilian beach boys who spend the day relaxing in patio chairs on their phones until you need something, but that's the Sicilian way. They'll hop up and help you if you signal to them, but they're not standing at attention or checking on your periodically.

We had a sandwich (boscaiolo) and a toasted sandwich (boss) and everything was very good and delicious! Very nice location. Plus, the owner was very kind. I recommend it!
