We spontaneously stopped by for dinner and had a delicious meal right by the water. The service and kitchen worked together brilliantly, and children are very welcome. We don't understand the bad reviews. The friendly waitresses try their best, but if a lot of people come in spontaneously, things could understandably get a bit bumpy.

Visited for lunch. The menu is limited, but the location is excellent and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Parking nearby is difficult to find. It's easier to get there by boat.

Our second dinner at this restaurant. They are helpful, accommodating, and provide a good dining experience. The location is perfect with the views and atmosphere. The food is good and consistent. With 10 ppl on our first visit and 6 on our second, they helped navigate allergies, preferences, and schedules. An overall lovely experience

We arrived spontaneously without a reservation and therefore had to wait a bit for our food to be ready – but that didn't bother us. The location right on the lake is beautiful and creates a relaxed atmosphere. You can eat there or just have a drink. The pizza was delicious, and the tiramisu was particularly delicious – a real highlight! The coffee was also very tasty. The drinks menu is rather simple overall and offers mainly wine. For those who don't drink alcohol, the selection is unfortunately somewhat limited. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, a very nice place to linger – we would love to come back!

We are on holiday from Australia and upon arrival in Sala Comacina searched for a bar with a great view to have a drink. Lido di Sala Comacina was perfect for this, the view was beautiful and we thought the staff were very friendly and accommodating given we only speak English! The drinks were so delicious, my husband had an aperol spritz and I had a lemoncello spritz and a Hugo spritz, definitely the best I’ve had! They also brought little snacks with the drink which was so lovely!

Ottima location in riva al lago, buona cucina e prezzi adeguati alla qualità. Personale abbastanza professionale e molto gentile. Bello sia a pranzo che a cena o anche solo per l'aperitivo. Bravi.

12/08/2025: We went to eat on 12/8/2025 in company we ate very well it was all good from the sandwich to the single dish everything was exquisite also the service was very hospitable the girl was very kind only the bill was a little salty spent 100 euros for 4 people
07/08/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, and it wasn't our first visit. Every time we come, the experience is quite similar. The main issue is the service: the waiters are few and appear overworked, forced to multitask. This leads to long wait times and the need to frequently call for the staff's attention. We understand that the pace of work can be tiring for them, but this is reflected in their less than friendly attitude during service. The food is decent, nothing exceptional, but still acceptable for a quick lunch. In short, it's a place where you can eat, but the overall experience could be improved with more efficient service.
