We stumbled upon it last night with our girls, and it was a lovely surprise. The food was truly excellent: quality ingredients, beautifully combined, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We tried the creamy and succulent pumpkin and scamorza risotto, the mouth-watering carboburger, and the pork pluma, a real treat, expertly cooked. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I tried a meat and a fish main course, and both were delicious! Excellent quality ingredients and excellent value! The staff was extremely kind and helpful in offering advice. I highly recommend it.

Good food, nothing to complain about, but waiting 30 minutes from the appetizer to the burger and another 30 minutes between the burger and dessert seems excessive to me. Then, seeing that with other tables it took 5 minutes, and at the table next to ours, they explained the dessert, as it was more chocolate-based, not with us. The service needs to be reviewed, despite the friendly waiters.

The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, more like a wine bar or cocktail bar than a restaurant, but the food is very impressive, presented with care and elegance. The service is attentive, friendly, and professional.

Guys, if you're ever in the Montecatini area, I can confirm, as I see many others have already done, that Libertine is truly worth the 5 stars I gave it with great pleasure and duty, because everything was perfect, from the cocktails and long drinks to the desserts, from the burgers to the first and second courses. Fair prices, excellent service, and friendly and empathetic staff, the quality of the products is truly high. Let me just say... the five-grain bread exceeds all expectations, the baked potatoes are exceptional... and if the four of us leave satisfied with what we ate and don't complain, we've reached the top. Well done, guys. Keep it up!

I've been to this place three times for dinner and twice for aperitivo. The food isn't bad, and the atmosphere is nice, so we've been several times. For a cocktail bar, however, the drinks are expensive and watered down, and the owner was guilty of arrogance. €24 for two watered-down cocktails is excessive, and when I pointed it out, he wouldn't listen to us... too bad, you lost a customer for one drink. Make your cocktails better, and for that price, if a repeat customer isn't happy, you can offer them another, or find a more strategic marketing strategy instead of pretending nothing is happening. If you don't care about your customers, you think I don't care about returning to your place. So, food is fine, but cocktails are a no-no.

We had dinner last night, ordering a small appetizer while waiting for a saffron risotto, which the menu indicated was a 20-minute wait. After eating an unpretentious salad, we were served a risotto that tasted more like rice in broth (overcooked, cold, and flavorless). But given that the cooking time was 20 minutes, which was respected, how come it arrived at the table overcooked, cold, and in broth? Of course, it's best avoided.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant in Montecatini Terme and the experience was extremely positive. The quality of the dishes was excellent: fresh ingredients, meticulous preparation, and authentic flavors that showcase the local culinary tradition. The service deserves special mention: the staff was always helpful, courteous, and attentive to every detail, contributing to the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
