I had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant at the wedding reception of two friends. In its simplicity, I found the place cute (it also has a garden) and I appreciated all the dishes, from the starter to the dessert.

Typical inn where you can eat well the typical local cuisine, surprisingly after dinner, a live concert by the Venice musical band and Tessera who honored us with a series of cinema-themed songs played, truly a beautiful evening.

I passed by today during lunch time, discovered it almost by chance, and was pleasantly surprised. I honestly didn't know it existed and even passing by the road it's a bit hidden, but thanks to Google Maps I made the discovery and I will gladly return when I'm in the area. Excellent food, beautiful and good waitress, honest prices (menu of the day €12.50), clean, tidy even if sober place. Advised.

The Le Vie restaurant is located next to the church of Sant'Eliodoro Vescovo, it is not visible from the street and for this reason it is a very quiet place. The menu is presented at a fixed price at midday, with some special dishes, while in the evenings and on weekends there is an à la carte menu. During the holidays or in conjunction with some seasonal products, ad hoc lunches and dinners are held. The dishes are made with seasonal and genuine products, which is why they are delicious. The staff is super friendly and nice!

25/07/2024: I can't judge the food too much having only had the pizza 🍕, the tomato was raw the salami on top was dry I saw the risotto made super quickly it seemed to me to have been boiled and then seasoned... it was definitely not cooked on the heat, when I was serving it I given 2 because the waitress didn't seem very expert to me and also not very patient in answering, the waiter on the contrary was very kind and smiling... it's a shame that he didn't do the service... we had lunch outside and it was good because the tables are in the shade and it was ventilated despite the heat. The price was proportionate to the quality, it wasn't expensive.
19/07/2024: I often stop at midday, fixed menu, good dishes, absolutely recommended.

21/08/2024: Well rated restaurant, we wanted to try it with friends. The dishes were delicious, memorable, but so was the inappropriate, rude attitude of one of the service members towards my friend who was asking her for advice. Indeed, he took the liberty of banging a cutlery on the table (table knife that he had on hand) as a sign of annoyance - I presume -, and abruptly throwing it on the table before throwing it recover and leave without a word. Then to come back like a flower, addressing another person at the table, asking them if we had made our choice... moment of unease but we really wanted to enjoy this last dinner in Venice so we decided to postpone the fault on “pressure”. To this day, I remain shocked by this behavior and do not tolerate this attitude and regret not having made this clear to the room manager? Professionalism and Respect please. Reminder for the staff on duty, if you don't like your job (or the tourists?), change your vocation, thank you. And Bravo in the kitchen!
19/08/2024: Amazing! Very tasty pasta and pizza, there were three of us, everyone was happy. Prices are reasonable. Very attentive and friendly staff. The wonderful singer has a special charm. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
