Wonderful family owned and operated restaurant. Despite speaking no English worked hard to communicate with us. And the staff was very gracious and kind. The food was delicious ( swordfish appetizer, pasta with mixed seafood and linguine with shrimp and Sicilian citrus). We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Known for homemade pasta, but the fish was also very tasty and the cabonata contorni was the best we ate in Sicily. Super nice service. Definitely worth visiting.

This is the best thing that happened to us during our 16-day trip around Sicily. The restaurant is just perfect in every respect. We never eat at the same place several times during our trips, but we were so delighted with the food, atmosphere and service that every day we counted down the minutes until the opening to try more delicious dishes. Thank you again for hosting us so wonderfully ❤️

Al centro della Sicilia, nell'unica provincia senza sbocco sul mare, sorprendentemente, alle "Tre rose" si possono gustare dei piatti, a base di pesce di ottima qualità, sublimi, delicati ma intensi, dagli accostamenti insoliti ma gradevolissimi al palato! E che dire dei crudi? In una parola: insuperabili per gusto e freschezza. Cordialissimi i proprietari e il personale di sala. Non andarci sarebbe un peccato!!!

Ristorante molto accogliente, luminoso...pietanze buonissime come spaghetti allo scoglio, pasta alla busera,alici fritte....infine dolci tipica cassata buonissima. Complimenti allo chef e allo staff.
