Honestly best fish we have had in Sicily. We had swordfish and tuna. First time seen tuna steak cooked to perfection. Hats off to the chef and service also 5 stars! 👌🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ordered the mussels, sea bream and swordfish. It was all absolutely delicious! Manager came out to greet us and servers were attentive and personable. Recommended!

We had our best dinner in this restaurant in Sicily! Not only the food is excellent, but the hospitality if the chef and his staff exceeded our expectation!
The seafood was cooked to perfection! Not a single % overcooked! The head of the shrimp was slightly raw, so its meat reserved its peak juiciness and chrunchiness. This goes for other seafood too!
The chef was very very friendly to his customers. He came out of the kitchen very often to communicate with everyone in the dining room, the customers, the staff and went over each order with a judgemental quality.
The waiters were attentive also. They checked on us without bothering us and ALWAYS with a smile!

Exceptional fish! We enjoyed an excellent smoked swordfish appetizer and an extraordinary pistachio-crusted sea bream. To finish, a sweet ricotta ravioli and orange bitters. The chef and owner Roberto entertained us with great sympathy and kindness. A place to recommend and to return to, if we can. The quality of the fish is very high, we saw many other very interesting dishes that we regret not having been able to taste...

Ottimo pranzo nella accogliente location delleTre Rose...Rosetta, Roberto e le loro figlie ti accolgono con estrema gentilezza...i piatti di pesce strepitosi per qualità, freschezza e quantità....per noi è una tappa obbligata se vogliamo mangiare pesce fresco cucinato e presentato a dovere👏👏

Wonderful family owned and operated restaurant. Despite speaking no English worked hard to communicate with us. And the staff was very gracious and kind. The food was delicious ( swordfish appetizer, pasta with mixed seafood and linguine with shrimp and Sicilian citrus). We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Consigliati dalla proprietaria del B&B dove alloggiavamo siamo approdati in orario nordico (complice la levataccia mattutina per decollo alle 8 da Malpensa)' a" Le Tre Rose", dove ci hanno accolti proprietari simpatici che ci hanno consigliato ottimamente. Pesce freschissimo, frittura che da sola merita la visita. Ambiente moderno e piacevole. Prezzo super. Bravi!
