I went to this restaurant with my family attracted by the fact that it was AIC trained, as I am celiac, and I must say that I was satisfied for the majority of the experience. The place is really nice and welcoming, and the gluten-free offer is excellent. For an appetizer I had a truly delicious octopus with potatoes. For the first course, I chose spaghetti with clams, but unfortunately the experience was not as positive. After the first forkful I found several pieces of shell, and on the second I even hurt my tooth. I called the waitress, who was very kind and helpful: she took the dish to the kitchen and explained to me that, despite the attention, it can happen that some shells remain. Working in the hotel industry myself, I understand that these things can happen, so I accepted a second course. However, I was a little disappointed when it came to the bill: even though I didn't eat the first course, I was still charged. I don't think it's right to charge for a dish that hasn't been eaten, especially for an inconvenience like that. Having said that, the food is excellent and I recommend the restaurant to celiacs, but I believe there is room to improve customer service in similar situations, but unfortunately the attention to the customer has been lacking. Greater involvement would have been appreciated, even at the time of payment, where we would have expected at least a summary of the bill. Instead, the lady at the checkout simply cashed in without asking if everything had gone well, appearing a little cold. An extra smile and some attention would certainly have improved the overall experience.

During a motorbike tour, we stopped for a pizza, which was decidedly good, we arrived at around 1.30pm and they were friendly, reasonably fast, and honestly the dishes we saw passing by were decidedly inviting, if you ever take a trip back there , I would gladly refer back.

Restaurant on the lakefront in Lovere. Very good food, very friendly staff, secluded room for dinner with friends. Optimal. Passatwxi will also be very comfortable for after dinner on the lake

Ho pranzato con la mia famiglia nella veranda di questo ristorante, cornice esemplare per una vista magnifica. Si respira il lago, i fiori, la natura. La cucina offre pietanze tradizionali. Staff di sala cordiale e servizio professionale, accoglienza molto gentile. Quello che mi ha piacevolmente colpito e che strappa la lode è l'attenzione alle pietanze gluten free e lactose free: per ogni piatto c'è l'alternativa per intolleranti. Meritevole. Tutto ideale, senza bisogno di artificio alcuno. La frittura mista di pesce e verdure è stata indimenticabile, asciutta, ma allo stesso tempo croccante. E come degna conclusione il gelato artigianale, cremoso e mantecato alla perfezione. A presto, per altre scelte da assaporare in vista al lago.

Siamo stati qui per il nostro anniversario ed ci siamo trovati bene, porzioni belle e abbondanti, cortesia c’era e il posto i riva al lago bello
