Every time I'm in the area or passing through I MUST stop at this establishment.
It's true that the hotel isn't the most modern, but in 6 years I've never found anything out of place. Always spotless, with excellent services and the restaurant is the icing on the cake.
A simple and simply delicious cuisine.
The restaurant service deserves 6 stars, unfortunately the maximum is 5...

We didn’t stay at the hotel but just stopped for lunch on our way to Rome. A friend recommended this restaurant and it was a welcomed recommendation. The food is excellent as well as the service. This was our first time to try this place but it won’t be our last. Can highly recommend this restaurant. Everything was tasty.

I ate at this restaurant on Christmas Day. Impeccable service and delicious food. Dishes not too abundant but not scarce either. I ate pappardelle with wild boar and tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and scamorza. Everything perfect, even in the price.

Truly a nice restaurant and I love that fireplace.. in the elegant context.. good meals.. average prices, lower them and you will have the clientele of the snubbed fake good restaurants in the surrounding area who bring you pre-cooked pasta passed off as homemade and gentian elongated with water as if we were all stupid...!!!

A few minutes from the motorway exit you will find this restaurant, we have been going there for years now, when we travel to/from Rome and the airport.
The place is very traditional, welcoming and with a variety of excellent dishes. From the appetizer to the tasty first courses, the good meat and the amazing desserts, which deserve a 10 for the presentation alone.
I've been getting close to the holidays lately and the Christmas decorations are really beautiful!
Thank you for accepting our big dog (I advise you to call first so they can find the best place to stay calm with your furry friend)

Conosco bene questo ristorante in quanto in passato mi fermavo spesso perché ero solito passare su questo tratto di A24 all'ora di cena. Tornato dopo alcuni mesi, ho ritrovato quell'ambiente caldo e accogliente, e l'ottima cucina regionale che contraddistingue, da sempre, il ristorante Le Sequoie. Nel periodo autunnale e invernale non mancano mai le loro zuppe...da leccarsi i baffi; la carne è un must, manco a parlarne. Il conto? Mai elevato.

We organized our wedding at the Sequoias and I must say we have never made a better choice. Everything was perfect as in our dreams, perfect organisation, perfect service and excellent food, a mix of haute cuisine and tradition. And then Silvia pampered us as only a professional can do.
