Elegant restaurant with impeccable service. A welcoming and tastefully decorated space, with precise and orderly table settings. Unique, revisited, and unforgettable dishes. I tried their pumpkin cream soup with almonds, melted caciocavallo cheese, and ground coffee! Guys, it was like flying. Congratulations!

Perfect family lunch!
My family and I had lunch at "Le Sequoie" in Carsoli and we were thrilled! The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service made it the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed lunch together. Everything was delicious, but the meat was truly superb: perfectly cooked, flavorful, and tender. The grilled scamorza cheese was also excellent, incredibly tasty and irresistible.
Last but not least, the legendary "caffè della nonna" (grandma's coffee): a simply sublime dessert that will delight both adults and children. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, a family atmosphere, and unforgettable flavors!

An old hotel but well kept. We just stayed one night and left early so did not appreciate the swimming pool.
The shower is missing a shelf or a wider sink for a more comfortable use.
The hallways are a bit dark.
The service is excellent and the stay makes an effort so you feel comfortable.
Close to the highway in case your staying just the night on your way to another city.
