Hotel with parts renovated, others not. Overall great service and very clean (which is the most important thing). Very nice swimming pool and sports center.

We returned to the Le Sequoie Restaurant after some time and we were pleasantly impressed... the always welcoming and warm atmosphere, the kind and efficient staff, the new simple but delicious menu proposals made with excellent quality raw materials, accompanied by traditional dishes that always remain a guarantee!!!! Congratulations to Silvia and Massimo who always raise the level of this restaurant a little more, demonstrating that tradition and innovation can coexist in a perfect balance!!! Well done!!!

I only tried the restaurant, on an evening in July, explicitly booking an outdoor table which however turned out to be under a (beautiful) wood and masonry structure open on some sides which, however, had been "closed" with transparent protections to protect other tables from the evening coolness: our table was, near the bathroom, in a corner between 2 brickwork parts and at certain moments we really suffered from the heat. On the other hand, the food, not bad, was certainly not unforgettable and the service was slow and inattentive (a young waiter was the only point of contact for the entire room, with sporadic additions in support). I won't go back.

I live in the Marche area and every time I go to Rome I try to stop at the Le Sequoie restaurant, especially on winter evenings. The restaurant is a large rustic style environment, the feeling is that it is family run. I always have grilled meat, in particular they make excellent lamb and scamorza melted on the grill... a space gem! 🚀 Naturally we are talking about a traditional restaurant with a simple menu, a "homemade" and friendly service... in its excellent context. Advised

18/08/2024: The Ristorante da Paolino, located in the heart of the charming village of Pescocostanzo, is a true culinary jewel that is worth a visit. The beauty of the village adds a particular charm to the experience, but it is the food that really steals the show. Every dish I tasted was simply extraordinary, worthy of a Michelin star. As soon as you cross the threshold of the restaurant, you are immediately welcomed into a warm and familiar atmosphere, as if you were entering your home. This is one of the aspects that struck me the most: the ability of the brothers Roberto and Paolo and of both parents, with the "boss MOTHER" at the head of everything, to create such a welcoming and warm environment, without ever losing sight of the service excellence. The level of care and attention to detail they offer their clients is impeccable. The quality of the food is exceptional, with refined flavors and a presentation that enhances each course. Furthermore, the wine list is well-stocked and of a truly important level, perfectly capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. And I can't fail to mention the quality-price ratio, which is really excellent, considering the quality and the overall experience. If you are in the area of ​​Pescocostanzo, a dinner at Ristorante da Paolino is an experience not to be missed. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking not only for an exceptional meal, but also a place to truly feel at home.
