We were looking for an authentic and intimate restaurant and we came across this one, with an incredible view of Taormina and, what's more, we enjoyed excellent pizzas.

Was quiet but my sword fish was fabulous and so too my husband's minute steak. The family running it are friendly and helpful. I've read that it's off the beaten track and yes it's not on either of the 2 squares or the main road but Castelmola is a small village so it's not hard to find and is worth the little effort.

The service and food was great. They were very friendly. The view from the terrace is magnificent. Our 10 month old granddaughter loved their spaghetti. My gnocchi was amazing. I finished with a taste of their local almond wine! We will be back!

From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view. The food is average, the fettuccine a little overcooked. We were the only customers for the entire meal.

Off the beaten track, down small side streets and away from the "tourist trap" restaurants this restaurant with B&B rooms has an amazing view out over the coast from the terrace. We had a good lunch and enjoyed our meal. The family are currently renovating guest rooms on the same floor as the restaurant....they're going to be great, the views will be amazing.

22/08/2025: Very nice location, sea view, but the first course could have been cooked better, especially considering the rather high prices (early August, €26 per dish) that the quality doesn't justify... I understand that we're on Filicudi, that everything costs more in August and that there are transport costs, etc., but it's a bit exaggerated. I give it 4 stars for the atmosphere and proximity to the sea.
18/08/2025: Expensive but good granita. I don't recommend lemon, but you absolutely must get mulberry. The best mulberry-flavored granita I've ever seen is here!
