I don't want to think for a moment that some lazy employee is causing you to lose credibility, because I know the owner and I know how much he's made to start this place. I can understand the cold pizza, I can understand the Coke next to the sandwich box, and therefore the cold sandwich and hot Coke, I can understand the overly salty potatoes... but it's inconceivable to receive RAW chicken wings twice, and I'm not uploading photos only because I have deep respect for you. Check the employees' work; I'm sure some are doing poorly, because the quality is there and you can taste it, especially in the Smashes, which are delicious; in fact, the 3 stars are for them. The delivery service is very fast, and the staff, besides being punctual, are also very polite.
