Excellent bistro, where traditional Piedmontese cuisine allows itself some very valid variations. The chicken tuna with homemade sauces is very good and the shank cooked in hay is superb. Final, for my taste, amazing with eggnog and biscuits. Price definitely commensurate with the quality of the food. I'll be back.

The environment is very nice. The waiters do not speak English, but you somehow get along, they are very sweet. The food is also above average. You can choose it for a pleasant dinner.

Really excellent Sunday lunch, in an elegant and welcoming place! Piedmontese dishes, carefully prepared and studied. The mixed starters are good, the tongue is excellent as is the raw meat. Special risottos and pork belly. There is a wide choice of wines, with friendly waiters available to advise.
The wait between starters and main course was a bit long. I was disappointed by the cheese plate as a finale, but the desserts were all appreciated.

The girls in the dining room certainly give a good welcome start, they welcome you with kindness and professionalism, they immediately tell you the dishes off the menu!
Excellent wine list!
Good starters, excellent bagna caoda... but the tarta tatin, even if explained with dedication when it arrives at the table, is a terrible surprise... I would recommend the chef to see it again...

I've been a customer for years, but the last time I found it subdued... nothing unpleasant, obviously, but compared to the usual high level, I found the food offered, especially the dishes of the day, rather "anonymous".
For the price paid this time I was disappointed, but I think I will try again in the future.

Locale elegante, arredato con gusto e personale gentile. I piatti tipici della cucina piemontese sono serviti con un impiattamento ricercato e curato. Buoni gli antipasti (in particolare quello piemontese) e anche i carciofi fritti. Per quanto riguarda gli agnolotti del plin erano di dimensione troppi grandi per i miei gusti (troppa pasta). Buona anche la scelta dei dolci. Nella carta non c’è una scelta eccessiva di piatti ma sono cucinati bene. Prezzi un po’ alti (due piatti + dolce condividendo una bottiglia x tavolo almeno 50€)…ma confermo che le materie prime utilizzate sono di qualità. Unica pecca il doppio turno da rispettare (si inizia alle 19.30 e alle 21.30 e’ necessario alzarsi ..)

Siamo tornati dopo alcuni anni in questo locale, che dire, veramente tutto ottimo.
Fantastico l'antipasto piemontese e i plin alle nocciole, molto molto buono il fritto misto alla piemontese. Il conto è un po' salato, ma le materie prime, si sa, costano. Locale che ricorda una vecchia piola (come è scritto fuori) o una trattoria d'altri tempi. Torneremo per la raclette
