We were looking for a small restaurant a little outside of town and found it: Le Delizie del Borgo, located in Silvestri Park near the two city gates and the city walls, offers regional delicacies. We had delicious gnocchi al ragu, pasta al coniglio e con olive, tagliata di manzo, and a very good vino bianco from Montefalco! To finish, we had a dolce with apricot soufflé and wild berry sauce and two coffees! The food was excellent, the service very friendly, and the place quiet! The value for money was very good!

Kind and friendly owner. Pet friendly restaurant. Romantic atmosphere. Pleasant evening, but don't think of eating typical Umbrian things, it has a contaminated menu, but tasty!

Pleasure weekend. They recommend this restaurant to us. Romantic atmosphere immersed in the Bevagna park. Very pleasant background music keeps us company. The dishes were superb from appetizer to dessert. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the love in cooking them. I have never eaten such original and good dishes. The waitress Vera was very professional and competent in explaining the dishes. I highly recommend trying it.

22/10/2025: My wife Anna and I were cycling through Umbria and stopped at the inn for a night. Manuele, the manager, is incredibly kind and helpful. We chatted about the beautiful surroundings and our past. From our perspective, the inn is stunning, with an air of times gone by, almost like a small, well-maintained castle. The rooms are excellent, and the breakfast room has a beautiful fireplace. Breakfast was plentiful, and check-in and check-out were seamless. Pietralunga is one of those villages I call "children of a lesser god." It's lesser-known compared to the more famous nearby towns, but there's a truly ancient feel to this small medieval village, complete with a few gems such as the Lombard fortress and the 8th-century Parish Church of Santa Maria. The inn and Borgo di Pietralunga are highly recommended.
29/09/2025: Very nice rooms. Newly renovated. Good breakfast. Very friendly service. Pleasant overnight stay.

16/11/2025: We preferred it because it's a little further away from the city center. We ate very well. The pappardelle with white wild boar ragù was delicious! Also recommended for the kindness of the owners. Excellent value for money.
11/11/2025: Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Spoleto. Welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, traditional and fresh food.
