My wife and I had lunch at this small restaurant in Pietrasanta during a visit to the town. Bar a Vins is a very small restaurant whose strong points are its excellent cuisine, the owner's exceptional kindness, and the intimate atmosphere. The menu features both traditional Tuscan-Versilian dishes and specialty items depending on availability. We opted for the excellent cod with chickpeas and Chianti tuna. The final price was in line with expectations.

Simply gorgeous, and the owners are pure poetry. I'd go back just to hear them talk about the food. We ate divinely.

A place of the heart. I don't think I can sum up my thoughts on this restaurant. It's the epitome of intimate Italian hospitality. The food is excellent, but it's made even more special by the care these people put into the restaurant. Not only in the preparation of the dishes but also in their explanations. Time stands still. It's truly therapeutic. I come from Milan once a year specifically to escape here.

The staff welcomes you with kindness and professionalism, and the food is excellent. We enjoyed a tasting menu prepared by the chef. Each dish was a crescendo of flavors, all well-balanced and harmonious! The risotto was delicious, with super umami flavors! The bread was excellent! It was a pleasure to chat with the chef, who is happy to chat with guests to gain a better understanding of their impressions... The wine list is excellent! We'll definitely be back next summer!
