5 out of 5 stars for everything!
Location, setting, food, presentation, and the friendliness and kindness of the staff (a very important factor).
All the dishes were excellent, their quality and presentation, and the empathy of the waiter (alas, I don't remember his name) who recommended the traditional biscuits with Marsala wine to finish our meal.
This is a place where they make you feel at home, sitting at a table with friends.
My husband and I will definitely return to this wonderful place.

It seemed a little pricey, but they gave me detailed information about Menu 2 and I was able to communicate a little in Japanese.

The staff was very friendly, but we waited 40 minutes for our dishes to be brought. Some dishes were good, but others disappointed us. I would not recommend the lasagna…
There were 5 of us, we sat on the terrace and we had very little space, touching the other tables with our chairs.

This place is small and charming, and the food was quite good. Unfortunately, when we visited, the place was very busy and they did not have the scampi available. I was told by our waiter that they would substitute for something just as good. When I received my food, however there was no meat in the dish. When I brought this up with the waiter, after the fact, he insisted that there was meat in it. i’ll chalk it up to a miscommunication because otherwise the service and food was good, but I ended up paying much more than necessary since there was no meat in the dish.

We got lucky enough to catch them before they closed and had the most delicious, fresh cicchetti there! We bought a bag of homemade bussolai to go, and they were far and away better than any others we tried. Incredible place!

Congratulations! Despite being in a very touristy location, they managed to remain authentic, both in terms of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The price/quality ratio is fair.
