Last Hall In Baveno

Indubbiamente il ristorante nel contesto dell'hotel Dino ha il suo bel perché. Ristorante tutto sommato non enorme con una bella atmosfera, arredamento stile cantina ma moderno. Servizio ottimo ed attento. Filetto di Cervo molto buono anche se io sostituirei le due carotine con delle patate al forno un po' rustiche e lo servirei con braccetto di una salsa al vino. Buona cantina dei vini ed aperitivo formato large. Tiramisù fatto al modo loro ma molto buono. Tutto sommato una bella esperienza. Costo nella media per un posto del genere.

I believe this is the new menu at the Last Hall restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. It is a small menu, but absolute care is taken when preparing the food. The egg truffle reminded me of warming up to a delicious bowl of mushroom soup on a cold day. The pumpkin risotto had the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. And both the veal and venison were fall off the bone perfection. This has been one of the few restaurants in Italy that cooked the meat correctly. Was not chewing or gamey. so all you had to think about was how pleasant the experience was. Not how you’re able to cut through this rough meat. I left this meal feeling full and the menu is well priced. The wait staff was proactive in asking for allergy restrictions.
