Locale raccolto e gradevole, personale cortese; abbiamo preso il menù degustazione più completo "greatest hits" (130€). Iniziamo con alcune amuse-bouche semplici ma gradevoli (notevole il "biscotto" con mousse al baccalà); seguono piatti a mio parere non tutti di livello adeguato: emergono la quaglia con crema caramel ai funghi, il risotto mandorle e fagiano e il superbo petto di piccione con tarte di melanzane e ricotta affumicata; niente di eclatante gli altri piatti e deludente la "zuppa inglese nocciole e salvia", che in sè è interessante solo per l'accostamento di sapori ma risulta piuttosto "povero"; in sostanza una cena piacevole ma l'aspettativa era più elevata.

Sarò sincero. Non penso di tornare. Locale piccolo, quasi angusto. Servizio attento, cucina precisa, ma non entusiasmante. Carta dei vini locale, forse troppo. Tutto bene, ma se devo fare il confronto, non ne parliamo.

Second best Michelin restaurant I've tried. Had the 8 course (which is more like 11 after all the extras) with wine pairing. Dishes are creative, sometimes adventurous. Even when average there is something to appreciate. Service is attentive but not overwhelming. Wine pairing is great. Prices are unusually affordable for a Michelin star. The atmosphere is okay, the music isn't loud and you can't hear other tables' discussions unless you want to. If you're in the area definitely give this a try. It might not blow you away on all dishes, but it will be a very fine dinner all in all. Oh and for reviewers who said the staff was arrogant, that is far from the truth in my experience. Everyone was friendly.

18/06/2025: A great alternative to the tourist hustle and bustle of the city center. A small bar and delicatessen offering small specialties. The lady is very friendly and first asks very specifically about your wine preferences. Then you'll be served the perfect wine at a reasonable price. A snack is also included.
