I went there on the recommendation of a friend. Welcoming place, precise and customer-focused staff, excellent food, à la carte menu with a wide choice, average price, I will be back... Recommended

Ci siamo tornati dopo qualche tempo,devo dire che il cibo è ancora ottimo,un po’ caotico ed abbiamo aspettato un pochino per le portate ma comprensibile gestire una sala piena e con lunghe tavolate Si ritorna sicuro

Excellent the pasta was cooked just right and there was plenty of fish. I also ate the pizza dough that was on top in the fish broth

Excellent restaurant excellent value for money I took the fish menu, with abundant and very good dishes Highly trained staff attentive to customer needs... I ate really well I will return to try the other dishes

Very clean and well-kept place, I ate the lunch menu but also something à la carte, I never felt bad, very kind and knowledgeable staff. The owners are always smiling and helpful, but in any case in total it is not 5 stars but 4 well deserved, you can see the desire they have to do things well. It seems empty but in reality I made the video at the end, precisely so as not to film people. As you can see the place is very tidy and clean.

03/05/2025: Well... If one goes there for ideological reasons the rating is naturally higher, but if one adopts a purely quality criterion with respect to what is offered, everything narrows. The food offering is just sufficient with a basic menu and basic preparation. The spirits are well selected. The service is unprofessional. The environment is comfortable but nothing special... The circus school with events next door raises the level a bit but overall I prefer to spend my money in better places... If you are nostalgic for the Berlin Wall period this is the place for you... Otherwise no...

12/05/2025: Excellent restaurant with quality Italian cuisine... kind and helpful owner and staff, even without a reservation on a Saturday evening they welcomed us and served us to perfection... the Gufo appetizer is absolutely worth trying.
12/05/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting the Il Gufo Restaurant in Carono for Pertusella starting from Brescia and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive to detail, making the service impeccable. The pizza I tasted is undoubtedly the best I've eaten in the last ten years: cooked to perfection, with the highest quality ingredients and a truly unique flavour. I highly recommend everyone to pay a visit to this restaurant and try their amazing pizza!"
