L'Aragosta In Muravera

Every course was a wow...actually, a whoop!! The favorite of all...the fregola (damn, the photo doesn't do it justice, so I won't upload it). An incredible explosion of flavors! All the freshest ingredients, flavors, and contrasts. The outdoor setting is pleasant, soft, well-lit, and furnished. Highly recommended. The only drawback (the reason for the missing star) is the time.... 10 minutes on the clock for someone to come and take your order, another 10 minutes (after requesting) for the bread (by the way....so good in its various shapes and flours!!!!!) and water. In short, after 1 hour and 15 minutes, only the fregola arrived. We booked at 9:30 PM (the place was full, and they deserved it), and left at 11:15 PM with 1 first course and 2 second courses. Too much, even though you should enjoy your vacation without rushing, you can't just feel the need to stretch your legs.

Neither good nor bad even if I was hoping for better

Good food in a nice atmosphere. The food in this Swiss-run establishment is definitely better than most food served on Costa Rey. Solid good food, tasty and well balanced. What a nice relief after several establishments trying to enter the space of haute cuisine, but failing terribly here in Costa Rey (see my other reviews). Attentive service and reasonable prices. Will be back next year.

The tuna tartare was absolutely delicious with the perfect seasoning!

The food was excellent! The elderly gentleman who served us, who we think opened the restaurant in the 1970s, was incredibly friendly. However, we had to wait too long for our food and received no advance notice. A visit, however, is only worthwhile if you have plenty of time!

The food (fish and seafood) was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The captain greeted us personally. The prices are high, but justified.
